Had a few hour layover in Mumbai and decided to book this hotel as I got a good price.
Main reason for booking was the distance from international airport is barely a few KMS and takes not more than 10-15 mins to get there.
Location is pretty good.
Check in and check out was a breeze. The front desk staff were courteous and welcoming.
Had opted for the smoking room on the 6th floor.
Room was well appointed with all basic amenities. A tad small in size but not bad. Had a slight issue with the toilet as it is placed in such a way that may be a little difficult to use for above average body sized individuals.
Since I was only staying the night, opted for in room dining.
Service was quick and portion size satisfactory.
Beds were fluffy​ and comfortable.
Found a few mosquitoes and no repellant. Was too tired so didn't bother asking for one.
Best part was the silence on the floors. Absolutely no noise, although I don't know what was the occupancy that day.
Overall, was a pretty good experience and I wouldn't mind staying here again.

I usually run my trainings with 30 participants in a different hotel in Mumbai, this time i chose this hotel to give it a try (after reading some reviews). So we booked about 7-9 rooms with local participant together with myself (trainer from Malaysia). Upon entering, there wasnt any welcoming gesture at all by frontline staff, Nicole and Leonard. Out (3 of us) was rather dissapointing. The worse was, we were directing them on what to do, and we never heard any polite or gestures. I felt not welcomed. BUt what turned the service 180 degree was the 2nd day evening when I had a evening tea break in Biskotti while attending a conference call. The staff Prateek and the chef (i suppose) totally changed my perception about the service in The Mirador. Prateek was so friendly and in fact asked my preferences and took time in happily explaining their quick pasteries and menu. I was introduced to try the vegetarian corn n spinach (loved the combo idea) roll. It was absolutely nice and worth trying. Moreover this young chap spoke so fond of the hotel and how happy they are receiving us as a group to conduct our training for 2 days. I even feedback about the guest service to prateek and told him he deserves to me in the front line guest service and perhaps to teach the others. Other man who impressed me was Bavnesh fromthe conference room services. He smiles all the time and speak well on checking all our needs are attended well. I am very picky and meticulous when it comes to run my training, so I always want the hotel people be ready and provide things as I requested from flip chart, markers etc. Bavnesh never failed to impress me with his proactiveness and fast service in fixing the feedback. We noticed the dining area near the conference lacks chairs and requires a standing (their plates are heavy). They took our feedback and Bavnesh made some round tables and chairs to help the situation better the next days. Kudos! The hotel is very strategic in location as well located right opposite the corporate park. I am fine with the room, the food was very average (I expected some Marathi food, but was quite disappointing). You guys deserve a 5 star rating if you guys can make your front line fist impressions as pleasant one. Maybe I will give Mirodor another chance in my 2018 training slots. Lets see.

I'd stayed at the Mirador for a work conference. I'd like to appreciate the staff for being very helpful, courteous, polite and customizing everything to suit our requirements. The food was good but pricey. Great conference rooms.
The downside was the room I was put up in. I personally felt that it wasn't too clean and the carpets did look like they hadn't been washed in a long time. This could be improved.
Otherwise, everything else was great. :)

I stayed at The Mirador for 3 nights for an official tour and a conference. It was an overall comfortable stay. The staff was really polite and helpful. They tried their best to add some personal touch and surprise us on various events. But I found rooms a bit cramped and small and it was really hard to adjust even 2 suitcases in the room (It was Club Myra Room). It was okay or average when it comes to cleanliness as the carpet and room had some typical odor that was not pleasing. The best part was the location and it hardly took 10-15 minutes to reach from International Airport.

Was on a business trip recently & the hotel was great. The staff were very polite & courteous. The wifi connection could have been better but it was not drastically bad. In room dining & spa facilities were great. The bed linens were clean but I would have liked the bathroom to be cleaner- shower had stains as did the WC. Food was great & good variety for vegetarians as well. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side (not the suite) & I think having 2 people with large suitcases would make it quite cramped. Overall, a great stay & one I would definitely consider if I'm planning on travelling solo for a business trip again.
