This is the fourth time I stay at The Montcalm London Marble Arch, and this hotel consistently exceeds my expectations on all fronts: service and devotion of the staff, room luxury and cleanliness, amenities and accommodations, as well as value for money. The location of this hotel is ideal. I was welcomed by Izabela, the guest experience executive, and she literally went out of her way to make my stay extremely pleasant, offering complimentary champagne, exotic fruits and deserts - waiting for me in the room. On a prior stay, where my wife was accompanying me, she made sure to ask if there is a special occasion, which happened to be our wedding anniversary, and she also ensured that the room was full of wonderful treats waiting for us in the room on afternoons. The Montcalm London Marble Arch is my top choice for my stays in London - business or leisure.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Montcalm! It's a beautiful hotel in a very nice area of London. One thing that stood out was the amazing hospitality we were shown there. Adella and all the staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived! We stayed in the 'Wow Suite' and it was fabulous! Overall we had a wonderful stay at the Montcalm. We definitely recommend it!

I'd reserved on Booking.com and had selected pay at the hotel when I arrived. We noted that we would be checking in incredibly late, as we were coming from Western Canada.
We were mid flight when the hotel called us, checking in to see if we were still coming as it was past the 3pm checkin. I didn't get the call, as I was mid flight.
When I landed late at night, exhausted from the long trip, I received an email stating that my reservation had been canceled and that I had been charged for the room as a no show.
I called the hotel from Heathrow, 4 of us standing on the side of the road waiting to get into the taxi queue, to find out not only had they given away my room, but they also were sold out.
Here I was, a tourist on the side of the road with nowhere to go in a foreign country.
I quickly called the London Royal Garden Hotel, another favourite of mine, and was able secure us two rooms even though it was 11pm.
Not sure what happened or how this was allowed, but I was disappointed nonetheless. I checked with Booking.com multiple times and on their side of things, everything was in order. My email even confirmed a late check in.
I'm sure it's a lovely hotel, but this event has tainted me from ever finding out. Being in a foreign country, I don't like to chance mistakes or issues, especially when they leave me stuck with nowhere to sleep.

Three nights at the Montcalm and yet another experience which exceeded our expectations. A surprise room decoration and unexpected room upgrade were the „icing on the cake“ for a hotel with leading edge service at the reception, guest managment and all around. We have three favourite hotels in the Marble Arch Area however the Montcalm team lead by Canny Rodriguez during the night as well as especially Vera and her colleagues ensure that the Montcalm is now out number 1 London hotel. We will continue to return and look forward to living there !!

Our daughter lives in London so we visited for her birthday and could not have stayed anywhere else.
From even before we arrive Isabella, the Customer Service Executive was in touch to check if she could help.
Once she knew we were coming for the birthday she arranged a cake and a bottle of wine.
On arrival we discovered she had upgraded us to a suite so that we could invite my daughter and her partner to the room for drinks.
The room was delightful and all the staff are friendly and willing to help.
Staying at the Montcalm is such a lovely experience we would not stay anywhere else.
