Stayed one night in a family room and the room was lovely. Very spacious with everything you need. Fabulous breakfast and the owners were friendly and very helpful.
Would thoroughly recommend
Situated right near the seafront so ideal location and road parking outside with a permit provided.

Good old fashioned B&B in a quiet road, where nothing was too much trouble for our lovely and caring host Alison. Only a short brisk walk from everything that matters in Worthing. Great breakfasts and the free car parking permit a pleasant bonus.

The double bedroom was very spacious, with an adorable teddy bear. I had a comfy/cosy nights sleep, Well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, biscuits, chocs. En suite shower, with heated towel rail.
Plenty of breakfast to choose from whether its cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, as well as a full english. Sarah and Alison were highly attentive throughout my stay. They went out of their way to make sure as a solo traveller, I felt included as well as made my birthday by the sea a special one. Once again, thank you.

Sarah and Alison couldn't do enough for us. Brilliant service with a smile and a nice long chat when they weren't too busy. Tea and biscuits on arrival. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Still able to have a delicious breakfast before 7 am when we needed to leave early. Shared kitchenette with fridge containing fresh milk in preference to the little cartons. Very comfy bed. Ours was on the hard side. Friends in another room said theirs was softer. Luck of the draw really. Sorry Sarah, you will know exactly who this review is from! LOL. Hope to see you soon. X

If you want a proper B&B then go to the Moorings. Sarah is great nothing is too much trouble for her, and now with Alison helping her the service is even better.
A choice of breakfast treats will suit everyone's taste, but you are on holiday so just go for the full English and set yourself up for the day of exploring West Sussex.
We always have room 6 it's at the front, and is very spacious with a good shower and a comfy bed, but the best thing in the room are the towels they are so thick and soft, trouble is now my wife wants new towels like Sarahs at home.
