What a great find.Four of us stayed Saturday night for a gig in the city centre. The hotel was perfect in every way from the easy check in to the sassy gin bar.The Room was very spacious clean and luxurious for a standard and all the staff throughout were always welcoming and polite.Cant wait for another night out in Leeds and to stay in this FAB hotel...

Stayed last night as a Christmas treat as we were going to a concert and decided it was easier than driving home. I have had to ring the hotel a couple of times and the staff i spoke to couldnt have been more helpful. We arrive seriously early and as check in wasnt for a couple of hours we devided to ask where the nearest car park was. I was told bt the lovely man on reveption that our room was ready and so we could check in. We were given Room 25 and it was actually beautiful. Newly and tastefully decorated with a super king sized bed a large sitting area and even a balcony if you wanted to.brave the cold. The bathroom was a very nice size and like the rest of the accommodation. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station. Very spacious & modern room, the level of cleanliness was very good. All the staff appeared very helpful & friendly and offered hot drinks and advice so will return in the future.

This hotel is a little gem only five minutes walk from the station. Our room was lovely and we wish we could of stayed longer than one night. Breakfast was made to order and was delicious. We were going to a concert at the Arena which was about a fifteen minute walk. David on reception was so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us offering that personal touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night here and had a very good experience. Small but comfortable room, friendly and helpful reception and bar service and just a few minutes from the dead centre of the city. We were probably fortunate to get a room for only £65, but I would stay here at a higher rate based on this experience. So much better than the boil in the bag chain hotels. Didn't try breakfast, so can't comment on that or give the fifth star.
