We stayed in The Oakwood on 14 - 15 Oct'2017. It was referred to me by cousin and plus based their reviews decided to stay here. Online booking was very easy & fast and so was the check-in process. The rooms are good and have adequate space with a double bed and a sofa cum bed. Central a/c is good. We found the reception staff & the restaurant staff very friendly & helpful. The complimentary breakfast spread was good. Their main plus point is the location of the hotel just of FC road with Deccan & JM road very near by. Parking place is also available inside their premises.
Overall a very good experience staying there over the weekend.

Its a very nice hotel centrally located. The rooms are spacious and decent with all basic amenities including a mini frideg (I booked a superior room) Breakfast was very nice and tatsty. Bathroom was neat and clean but a little congested. Overall good experience

I went there to have dinner with my family and staff was quite rude , and racism problem definitely exist in this hotel. From their guard to front office ...Everyone is here to judge you. I would not like to visit this place again.

If not for the flagrant racist experience, it would have been a five star.
Staff will give more importance to Americans & Europeans. There was a send off for an American colleague and none for the asians. If they want to make a positive impact, they need to be fair no matter the color or race. It was not an easy trip. No thank you for belittling your fellow asian.

well situated well maintain reasonably priced hotel for businessmen .
helping staff. good food with quality and variety at breakfast brunch.
nicely decorated centrally air conditioned rooms.
enough parking facility.
