I took my father for his 70th birthday and was so happy with the experience. From the food to the staff, you will never receive such attention and great service. The salon was amazing as well as the front receptionist Aishwaraya (mind my spelling if incorrect). I would love to return during my next trip to Mumbai!

This was probably my fifth stay at this magnificent property. Everything is usually done with class, with a smile and promptly. Staff constantly catch the eyes of customers and greet them or engage with them. Breakfast is simply GORGEOUS. Zohaib the Manager of Fenix (the Breakfast restaurant) was on the ball and no request fazed him. He is headed well up within the group.
The General Manager, Anupam Dasgupta has an astonishing eye for detail and is usually on the prowl.
I cannot wait to return in a few months to this world class, nay, world-beating establishment.

We had a nice stay at The Oberoi in Mumbai, thanks! The room was nice and the breakfast was really really good. We had to work during our stay and the wi-fi was really good at the Hotel and we had a nice couple of days.

Firstly, it is a gleaming tower of polished perfection inside and out. Everything is immaculate and the service is as good as it gets. It's just all a bit dull and sterile which is a shame in a city so vibrant and colourful. I even preferred the bar and the lobby of the much cheaper Trident next door. The Trident pool is a lot nicer too by the way. I think the Oberoi is a perfect place for business but if you are on holiday and want something specia, and feel like you are in India, you might want to look at the alternatives.

Nice surroundings beautiful place in love with it it's all natural and great service by the staff and very helping nature and the food is amazing must try fish and chicken starters they're total bliss . Good place to hangout with family
