This is a very good hotel on M G Marg. For aged person this is a very good location. Food quality is good. Room cleanses is very good. But room size is not big. If you are traveler then room size will not create any issue.

I had been suggested this hotel by colleague and so went here straightaway. The hotel was almost empty because of Monsoons but I felt very happy to see the room which was small but beautifully done. The windows opened on the city's bustling MG Road. One can get the car here, unlike other stretches of MG Road. The hotel manager Raj is a nice man and ready to help.
But this hotel employs some of the laziest staff in the entire country. The staff invariably fail to provide water after checking the guest in. Even though I had specifically asked for water. It was only late in the night when I felt thirsty that I found there was no water. No one would pick up the phone. SO I had to find my way to the kitchen and fetch water myself.
In the morning when I asked the staff member why he didn't provide water, he said he had gone to fetch it but then got engaged in some important work. What on earth is more important than taking care of your guest, that too when I am the only guest at your hotel.
I had to leave early and asked for tea at 7 am. The staff flatly refused saying that it would be available only at 7.30 am. Later when I complained to the manager, he gave the staff a dressing down and reminded them that tea was to be served beginning 6.30 am. Funny place.

Hotel is in prime location of mg marg. Hotel owner and manager is very helpful and gives very good advice. Staff are prompt in room service but they are low in number leading to bad service. Suite room are excellent. Only one drawback that they do not have a lift. Food quality average.

We ate chinese at The Oriental, descent food. Its in the heart of the market area and as it is in a hotel, the place is clean. Its a good family place and is worth visiting.
Offers Indian, Continental and Chinese. We did ask for Pasta which was on there menu but they said that they could not serve.

This hotel is just on M.G Marg. Nice and cosy hotel to stay. All rooms are good but best rooms are 61 and 62. Nice room service but food quality is not much good. Better to stay in this hotel and have food out side. Staffs of this hotel are friendly and helpful too.
