I stayed at Palazzo for about a week. The staff are very kind and helpful. The services they offer for the price mentioned is good enough. Best place to stay if you are on a business or solo visit. One area where they can improve is their food department. Except that, everything else was top notch. I highly r.ecommend this hotel for short visits

I stayed here with my family and really had a comfortable stay... Staff is very helpful / friendly and they ensure that all things are delivered on time
Location around is good without much noise as is the case with many other hotels in this area

I have checked in at many places in hyderabad...these ppl are the best most at a very low price..the staff here are so good..the services are extra ordinary...blindly u can go for it without any second thought....

A pretty decent hotel (service apartment but with decent amenities, except for a grandeur swimming pool, recreations, gyms, etc.) in Kukatpally behind the Malaysian Township. Stayed in a Deluxe room and was very decent and quite comfortable with all amenities. There is no big in-house restaurant except for a small kitchen-cum-dining on the top floor. Although food is required to be pre-ordered from room, they are prepared fresh and served warm in the room itself. Quality of food is a plus. Provision for Internet facility (free) is available with the hotel.
Hotel location, though a little interior and cut off from the main road, rests in a calm and serene atmospheric location and ideal.

I have been there in the month of Feb for 2 days with my family. It has been a great stay staff were outstanding they have solved all our issues special thanks to Ram who has been very supportive and cooperative and again special thanks to chef Ramesh bhai who have been understanding and supportive Kishor was also quick during our telephonic conversation . Food was great, no issue regarding stay location was close to forum mall and everything was managed well during our stay
