We stayed here during our digha tour
The good things about hotel are:
1.) spacious room specially the ground floor room with lawn view
2.) Big swimming pool
3.) very tasty food
4.) good service
The bad thing are:
1) its far from new digha beach and also around 15-20 mins walk from old digha beach
the main attraction is actually new digha therefore dont prefer to stay here as you will have to spend around 100-150 each time you take step out of the hotel

I visited this place on the 20th of july,2017 with two of my friends. I had read a bit of negative reviews but still i made it a point to visit this place since it is a resort in digha and we were looking for an absolute leisure time. The property is no doubt huge with large rooms(which is a rare factor these days in most of the resorts or hotels). They have a beautiful swimming pool which is maintained perfectly.
Food that we ordered for us from their restaurant was very tasty and the best part was they served us the dinner at the lawn.
Yes,when we talk about maintenance of the rooms it requires a bit of maintenance. i spoke to the manager there, Mr. Subhankar who told us that there were rooms which were under renovation and soon we would see it renovated completely. They requested us to visit them again after renovation and i am absolutely looking forward to it.
The staffs were courteous. Service was good. Food was good. Swimming pool was excellent.
The con was that it requires a bit of renovation since its an old property and as we have been promised so lets see what happens.Also, It is a 5-6mins walk from the beach(though it is not a con for me because i was looking for a place as peaceful and silent as luxurious as this one)
This review is for people who are getting puzzled after reading the negative and positive reviews(Like I was) , to them my opinion is please visit this place and have your own experience. You never know you might like it just as much as i did :)

It is not a resort but a advance version of what we call dharmsala. Most unprofessional resort I have ever seen. They charged big amount of money for their cheap rooms. Outside of the resort is very nice but the rooms r damped and unclean, AC is not working, water is leaking from the AC. They didn't provide us cold water after asking for 1000 times.
The behavior of the receptionist, manager as well as the OWNER is cheap, unprofessional. The owner is a aged person he uses slang language to us. I have never ever experienced this kind of behavior from hotel people. They are very much dangerous type of people.
They will not going to let you use the pool until and unless you will take costume from them. The OWNER came to hit us as we denied to take costume from them.
They will not going to serve you tea or breakfast after 10am. Its basically a hostel not a resort.
During the time of booking they said that the resort is 7mins from the station but in reality its 30mins from the station.
At midnight they suddenly started bursting noisy crackers in the lawn to celebrate something,the crackers are so loud that a elderly person got sick and they had to take him to the nearest hospital.
They are simply cheaters they will make instant rules according to their own wish. When you will going to ask where is the rule written at that time they will going to say that this is our resort obey the rules or get lost.
went their with lots of expectations but returned home with bitter experience. This resort totally ruined our trip.Not recommended. Most unprofessional, rude and cheap resort I have ever been to.
If any one wants to go their PLEASE GO AT OUR OWN RISK. THE RESORT IS VERY MUCH UNSAFE SPECIALLY FOR GIRLS.

Worst experience. Cupboards are destroyed,AC's are leaking water within the rooms, (destroyed the I phone), bathroom's window glasses are broken. Saw almost all boarder's are in altercation with the management regarding room conditions.

Came here 5 times, great service,good food , unique swimming pool and land scape garden, rooms are neat & clean. Everything is " TIP TOP". we like PALM RESORT --Digha.
