If you want a hotel in a greet location to Times Square and the Theater District this is the place to stay! However the rooms are very small and the service is average. Stay here if you don't plan to spend much time in your room so that worked out well for us. Beds are quite comfortable! The hotel was across the street from the Imperil and the Richard Rogers Theaters and one Block from Broadway and Times Square, which made it very accessible to everything.

Hotel stay was perfect from from beginning to end. The staff was awesome and so friendly. Kudos to the front desk team and managers for always smiling and being helpful. You guys are why we will be back!

We booked a hotel to be close to time square. We were given our room and all I can say it was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was filthy. There was some sort of bodily fluid splattered up the wall and we deduced it maybe dried blood or excrement. Also our door failed to work and had to keep going down to the front desk to get re-keyed and then were told security would be up to let us in. We waited up by our room for around 45minutes in the hot smelly hallway waiting. We were then given a new room after complaining about the conditions. I really do not think this is acceptable. It is absolutely disgusting that biologically hazardous human fluids are contaminating the walls of the bathroom. There were long black hairs all over the bathroom and the towels which was repulsive and the sink was not sealed and the wood work around the sink exposed. The AC unit sounded like a heavy duty power tool and was so sound we couldn't hear each other speak. Even the upgraded room was not up to a good standard.

The Window faced Times Square and didn't shades didn't filter out the flashing lights. The water pressure was awful and spurted night out the shower. Room was so small I was in a closet. The restaurant food was wonderful!

Traveled with 9 family members (7 from Ireland) and were totally disappointed. Rooms were minuscule and very poorly lit., Had air conditioning problems in 2 rooms from the get-go. Was told twice by Maintenance that one was fixed - never was, room remained over 80 degrees for several hours. The unit in my room suddenly went on "hold" and would not cool...all this on 90+ degree days. Due to medical issues we needed to have my elderly mother in-law moved to another room/one with working a/c. I can say Asst Front Office Mgr John Massaro was quick to check and get her another room. That we GREATLY appreciated, except for the view...the window looked directly out on to the back of another building. I know, it's NYC and it's building on top of building but the site of a chain-link fence topped by spiraled razor wire was not quite the view we'd hoped for.
The rooms are VERY small. We had a Deluxe King room, there was NOTHING deluxe about this room. Two people, 2 suitcases and a carry on or 2 and it left nowhere to walk. The ONLY ice machine for the entire building is on the 4th flr (we were on the 16th) and you'd be hard pressed to find an ice bucket (non-insulated & all with no lids) available. Thank heaven for large picture type windows, at least that allowed some light into the room during the day, once night hit the in-room lighting was so pitifully dim it was practically useless. Even the reading lights above the bed were too dim to read by. I honestly lost count of how many people commented to us in the elevators (just as dim) as to how dark this place was - AMBIANCE SCHMAMBIANCE it's nice to be able to see the floor numbers in the elevator. And don't plan on having a cup of coffee or tea in your room in the morning - no coffee maker, but to be honest with you there was NO ROOM for one anyway!
I'll stop now, but believe me I could go on for paragraphs more.
My wife and I have traveled extensively both in & outside the U.S. and have never encountered a hotel like this, we've stayed at chain hotels and received better accomodations than what were provided here.
