We planned for a team event for Parkfield and it was a disaster. They have ample place and can make a much better effort to maintain the place. The staff is works mechanically and have no clue of customer service. For a team of 30 people they have kept one veg and one non veg starter and two curries. They kept one option for drinks. No events. We tried to create our own event but were asked that its late and we have to close the resort. I am sure what is there plan but they intend to close the resort they are on the right track

We had an event on 02nd oct 2017 and it was well Organized also staff co-operative The food was very hi-gen and taste was good, our team really enjoyed, Surely We Recommend this resort and Special thanks to Ms. Samrin for co-operate with us to get our event without any problem. We would like to visit again.

T We were a group of 4 who had booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Check in 1st October - check out 2nd Oct. Had paid full money 10 days in advance. After driving for 2 hrs , when we reached, the front office boy misled & lied to us first that we have only day out booking & we can't stay at night. We showed him the voucher which clearly said 1night booking with breakfast . He was rude and didn't ask us to sit down while he clears his confusion with another manager called Samreen. We clearly had a booking and we showed him our voucher and after realizing this they did not offer any help or showed any empathy. They just said they are SOLD OUT. After having driven all the way and for no fault of ours , we were not only treated with least interest but not even offered any option but to return home. Ms Samreen their manager harshly told us to go away n discuss this with the portal we have made booking & they just shook their hands off this matter. It's a pathetic way to treat a customer. They got some big wedding booking and they cancelled our booking to accommodate it without even informing us . Pathetic

Made a booking on goibibo. 2 couples. After driving an hour and half from Bangalore, reached the place to be told that our booking has been cancelled cos someone booked a marriage party. No one apologised, no one gave an alternative . I would never stay here or recommend this. Beware of a lady named shamrine.

Quality of the resort : Decent. Very spacious enough to accommodate our team of 100 PAX .
Food quality : All the dishes are tasty & great. Quality of the was maintained & worth for the price. High Tea & Snacks is very good to relax after a tiring pool activities.
Team building activities : Good.
Highlights : Rain dance .
Needs improvement : Welcome drink is not so that great .
Swimming pool water level is very less & not increased even after request.
DJ at the time of Rain dance can be improved .
Outdoor area for sport events can be made more attractive
Over all our event was memorable at parkfield :)
