Every detail handled impeccably. This hotel makes memorable all the things you never usually remember about a hotel. Promptness, courtesy and professionalism is evident in all the staff. Try to get a suite on the ground floor with a little terrace. Room 131 and similar rooms are wonderful and just a few feet away from the lobby and valet. The Belvedere restaurant should have a little more gourmet dinner menu, but you are steps away from some of the best restaurants anywhere.

It’s so nice to have an event at a super luxurious hotel. And this hotel is beautiful and classic. WineLA put on a fantastic wine tasting experience with extremely high-end top-level California wineries serving Cabernet Sauvignon for the afternoon and evening. Being in this luxury hotel adds significantly to the quality of the event.

I visited The Pennisula Beverly Hills last Saturday to attend a baby shower.I was so impressed with the whole experience. From the car valets to the banquet staff, everyone was welcoming and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and the room was beautifully appointed. The shower hostess told me that the hotel was an absolute dream to work with. I would like to especially thank Rooms Division Manager Young Yoon for graciously answering my questions regarding the hotel and for his kind welcome.
I can't wait to visit the hotel with my family... not only for the fabulous afternoon tea that I witnessed but also to enjoy a staycation in their rooms and great dining. What an elegant, warm, beautiful and special destination.

I have deleted my old comments to fix couple of mistakes.
So this is the edited version.short and to the point.
The first day we reached, two suitcases got stollen INSIDE THE HOTEL (It was clearly recorded by the hotel cameras)
I was wondering what kind of security is this. Its so disappointing:
1. One suitcase had MANY new designer shoes I bought a month before the incident (NEW) worth 6000$ plus more stuff that i remember and cannot remember, sentimental gifts, gifts we bought our family and friends (with it comes the effort and time spent selection them the whole trip etc...)
2. Instead of enjoying our time with the family after a 14hour trip from Dubai, our time was wasted stressing on our stollen things contacting the hotel management.
3. They helped us searching the luggage, but the result was poor.
They returned 3500$ which was nothing to what we lost.
and a free stay the next time we go,( a day or two i don't remember) what if we don't want to go back there and what if we want to explore other cities, we won't benefit out of the free stay.
At least an upgrade while WE WERE THERE, or give us a stay WHILE WE WERE THERE.
Action for carelessness (that costed us a lot )should have been taken that moment not the next time.
This is so unfair and unacceptable!!!
How come a prestigious hotel like The Peninsula Beverly Hills have bad security, and be so stingy in their action and response???!!! never ever again.
The only plus points are, Their food is better than the previous hotels we visited in the USA I give it an 8/10, their cleaners were sweet, and the movies they had were updated and entertained us at night. and The location was good.
But still The Beverley Wilshire wins the best location there.

The Peninsula is an outstanding hotel. The intention by its founders to create venues around the world where the guests needs are paramount is evident throughout the hotel. Certainly this hotel has become one of my favourites. Standout guest welcome by extremely attentive and informative staff. We felt indulged sleeping on pillowcases embroidered with our own initials!! The piano bar at night was relaxing and romantic. The pool area was lovely. My only suggestion would be to consider adding something to the table decor in the pool restaurant area to create that unique Peninsula flair which is so distinctive. Loved my facial at the spa. Great gym facilities. This hotel does meet the highest standard for guest services and relations. Congratulations to all members of staff.
