Stayed for a night. It's a very nice hotel with huge and clean rooms. Don't expect big menu in breakfast but whatever they have is tasty. I truly recommend this hotel. One can get the room for around Rs 2500/night

I would highly recomend this hotel for the whole of your stay in Goa.
The staff are so polite and will go out there way for the things you need. Brilliant service and lovely food they make you anything you ask for with always a smile on their face.
Massive thank you to peterson who prepared our breakfast during our stay there he was very good and lovely manners.
The hotel rooms are everything and more, they have comfy beds, aircon, fan and satelite tv, big balcony, lovely bathroom with hot water.
This hotel is a hidden treasure next door to lalit hotel.
I dont know the name of the manager but he was kind to let me and my partner stay in the room til 8pm instead of check out at 12am at no extra cost.
This hotel is better than the beach shacks and half the price!!! And less than 2 minutes on the scooter to the beach.
Thanks to all staff we will be back in November 2017.

Hotel is 600 m away form Raj bug beach which is extended part of Palolem beach in south goa. The best part of the hotel is that it's close by to this beach which is an isolated cleanest beach in Goa that I have ever seen in my almost more than 40 trips in Goa till date.The rooms are decent. The service is not great and the buffet given was very basic. And served cold. but for a couple of days and the price around 1100 per night from Goibibo so it was worth trying.

Very efficiently managed hotel. Courteous and helpful staff. Gives personalised attention and service. Value for money. Ten minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches of goa. Comfortable rooms and reasonable restaurant.

The room was neat and well maintained but it doesn't match the price they charge. The breakfast included also has less option but the food is good. But the best part is it is close to Rajbhag beach which has a backwater and an amazing view.
