First of all i don't recommend this place for anyone.
Checkin was smooth,Room was not clean, Floor was full of dust. average food. House keeping and room service was good.
We check in to hotel late night by 11 pm. Next day 11.10 am I got a call from reception and she said your allowed time is over and you have to vacate room now . I requested her for 30 minutes to take bath and pack bags but she refused to allow even a half hour. she said it will charge you extra . I got surprised by her behaviour. We checked out the hotel by 11.30 am with out a bath.

When you reach Manali Bustop via Bus or reach Manali via cab service - It is just at the heart of the tourist place.
In Precise :
1. Room Service : Awesome
2. Food : Satisfactorily though it will be better if they provide more buffet options
3. Cost : Suits Pocket
4. View from Hotel : Just Superb when you see snow cladded hills out from Window
5. Don't Miss : Spa
6. Transport Facilities : Though you can avail cheaper options to view entire Manali from Mall Road local transporters - but Piccadilly Resort too provides private/shared services with some extra cost.
Overall : 7.5 /10
Much Much better than nearby hotels in Manali Mall Road area.
I will recommend everyone to try this hotel when you next visit Manali. I myself will definitely book this hotel next time our family visits Manali.

The best part of this hotel is its location, the interiors are quite nice,however the staff don't really seem interested in providing service. Specially the guy & the lady at reception seemed not interested, have to ask every question twice to get an answer.
The toilets were dirty and exhaust wasn't function,hence there was a stench when we just checked in. Had to call housekeeping to get in cleaned again.

Visited with family in June 2017. Provides the worst services. They food had no taste and variety. Even the staff was not cooperative. Had to wait for health club person to come to get the swimming costume. Swimming pool was very dirty and they asked for 50 Rs. For the swimming costume usage, which was not even of standard size. Bad at hospitality.
Just the brandname. Not upto the mark.

Food is hopeless with no facilities.It it a brand name but does not meet any expectations.
The tariffs are too high for the services given.
All kinds of complimentary services are fake.
They are charging for tea in rooms and they haven't provided tea kettles for this reason.
Complimentary Breakfast and dinner served is same every day and is not up to mark.
I would suggest people to check and then only book this hotel.
