The breakfast and room service is ridiculously overpriced, more than most hotels in the UK, 20 GBP for two people breakfast!! However service from housekeeping amazing, very helpful. Staff are a great asset to the hotel.

The food was OK, but not worth the price. We ordered chicken platter but were surprised to see the portion size,which was too small.
As such, ambience was nice and we had enough space for kids too. Very much good we they rich there.

Great location. Close to the Crowne Plaza ( besides Southern Indian restaurant in Chennai- Dakshin......my opinion ) and the Velveteen. Rabbit( interesting cutting edge bar).Super city views from spacious 5 th floor room. Nice ambience. Excellent Indian buffet ground floor restaurant. Nice rooftop pool , stunning views, and restaurant.

Although the food was not very extraordinary I felt the restaurants in the hotel to be pretty expensive. The roof top restaurant is worth it as there is an awesome view as well as the wind was awesome

Had a wonderful experience with my 15 days stay. Was impressed when I was looking for a place close by to action and all the staff were very courteous especially the people at the Restaurant. Kudos to Housekeeping for keeping the place always clean and stocked. Would recommend this Hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in the heart of Chennai. My only criticism would be that they should vary their breakfast buffet so that it does not get monotonous.
