We very much enjoyed our stay here while in Jaipur. The staff was friendly and the grounds were beautiful. I am not sure if we were upgraded, but our room was huge and had more than enough space. We had a suite - living room, eating and desk area, huge King bed on a step up area, and a huge bathroom. The kids loved the pool! It felt very ancient and luxurious! When my 6 year old was done swimming there was not a lounge chair for him to sit in so he laid on by the pool in the only spot there was sun left (it was at sunset). An employee saw this and brought him out a lounge chair and placed it in that spot. It was really nice! Upon arrival we were given a yummy blue drink, and waited in swinging seats in the courtyard while we were checked in. They also greeted us with nice cool towels when we returned from our day of sight seeing. Very top notch!

We stayed at the Raj Palace for two nights in October. My husband and I were upgraded to the Raj suite while our parents stayed in a luxury room.
The decor it beautiful - I love the furniture and fixtures. Beautiful courtyards and well maintained colourful gardens al around. Use lots of mosquito repellent.
The food is good and service is efficient. Staff seem to expect individual tips.
October is a good time to visit as the weather is pleasant.

We recently returned from a week long stay at The Raj Palace. It was glorious. The hotel is beautiful and grand. We had a lovely Suite overlooking the croquet courtyard. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable with a large beautiful marble bathroom.
The staff at this hotel are outstanding. They are all so helpful and friendly. Mr Kan Singh served us breakfast every day and nothing was too much trouble.
The waiters including Ravit and Sundeep were excellent and always smiling and friendly. The reception team including Anshuman and Aravind went out of their way on numerous occasions to enhance our stay.
We swam in a beautiful pool in a courtyard and played chess and croquet in idyllic surroundings.
This hotel is exceptional and easily on a par with or better than the grand big hotels in London.
Located on the edge of the Pink City it’s ideally located for tourists.

Truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The welcoming, dinner, breakfast service just simply perfect. Huge rooms, very nice touch with the welcome amenities and amazing pool! The hotel was quite empty and we felt like the palace is ours!

One of the most luxury hotel property in India. Most of the room it self have museum with in it . Service are of high level , will make you feel king or celebratory kind of treatment will be provided by the Hotel people .
