Look no further. This should be your number one selection if traveling to Bermuda. My wife and I just returned from a 3 Night Four Day stay at The Reefs. This by far has been one of the best vacations we have ever been on. The hotel is totally focused on customer service from making your reservation to checking you out. The follow up prior to the visit was amazing. I spoke with the hotel several time by phone and also e mail. Every experience was top notch. The check in process was like no other. Very intimate and personal. The welcome drink and scented towel to clean your hands was just the way to start the trip. The room was great. Perfect view of the ocean from the bedroom or the balcony. We opted for the meal plan. I suggest this. The great part about the plan is that if you do not have dinner one night because you decide to try a restaurant off property, they give you a voucher for lunch the next day. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. Smiles were always seen from everyone's faces. This was our first time to Bermuda and The Reefs. We are already planning our next trip. I can assure you that we will look no further. I could go on and on but I will leave you with this. If you are looking for personal service that makes you feel like a Billionaire then book your stay here at The Reefs.

Flew to Bermuda for 3 days with 17 family members ranging in age from 2 years to 70 years. The Reefs was a perfect locale for all of our activities. Delicious breakfasts, pristine beach, pools, hot tubs, fire pits..... now understand why so many of the other hotel guests were return visitors.

We got married here 12 years ago, and it was spectacular! Now, we’re back celebrating a late anniversary, and it is still spectacular!
I’ll start with what’s amazing about the hotel:
The natural beauty of the beach, vegetation, and hotel grounds are unrivaled. The water is a beautiful shade of blue specked with coral reef where it is easy to find tropical fish just a few yards out from the beach.
The hotel is build into a cliff, so there are a lot of stairs to navigate, but it allows for sweeping views of the ocean and beach below. The infinity pool and jacuzzi overlook the stunning beach.
Hotel staff and service is very good, but not quite great. Staff is friendly and engage in an authentic, unstuffy and sincere manner. Generally pretty attentive, but falls a bit short of the attention you might expect from a world class five star resort. I would give it a solid 4 star in this domain.
The rooms all have sweeping views and are comfortably appointed. We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite with beautiful view, a large balcony, bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. It was great! However, it seemed all of the rooms in the resort had been upgraded, but they had not gotten to our suite yet.
All in all, the resort is still my favorite place on the island, and Bermuda is still one of my favorite islands. More convenient to the North East than the Caribbean and with an understated elegance and calm that is rare for vacation spots. If you like golf and fine dining, it is unrivaled.

My husband and I went here this August. We never thought of going to Bermuda before but since I was newly pregnant, we wanted to go somewhere zika free. We were completely blow away by how beautiful this resort was. Less than a 2 hour flight from NYC and you truly feel like you are in paradise. The resort was quiet and had breathtaking views from every inch of the property. The beach was incredible with excellent snorkeling so there was no need to ever leave the resort. Even though the resort was fully booked, it never felt crowded. Unlike most resorts, we never had to get up early to claim a lounge chair or worry about not getting one. No matter what time we got to the beach, there were always chairs available. The Reefs exceeded our expectations in every way and we can't wait to come back.

My husband and I had the distinct pleasure of spending our 30th wedding anniversary at The Reefs. From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the time we were dropped back off, we encountered staff members who strive to be pleasant and welcoming. Our accommodations were stunning. We stayed in a cliff side room, with a great location and a breathtaking view. The on-site restaurants were well run, with impeccable service. Try to dine on the beach at Coconuts....a wonderful experience. I had a relaxation massage, at La Serena spa. Bridie was wonderful, the decor and vibe of the spa lends itself to pure bliss! The beach at The Reefs is amazing, and very well maintained. I would see the attendants setting up and preparing the beach every morning. One of the most enjoyable aspects of our stay was the happy greeting we received by anyone we encountered, be it the concierge or the lovely ladies making up our room. We will definitely return!
