I had been here for past six years ..the service in chin chin is fabulous .. especially the guy whose name s raja ram is awesome .. his floor management s very nice .the food they serve n the they suggest food is really appreciated .. I have being staying in the rooms as well .. the rooms are worthy . Am so admired of these chin chin ppl especially raja ram ..

Very Friendly staff, rooms were very clean and serviced, good restaurants. My second stay here. Will come back whenever I visit Chennai. Surrounded by good shopping places too. Excellent location and recommended

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights..
Hotel completely made justice to its name..
Check in was so smooth.. No major procedures.. Was upgraded to an executive room ( as it was overbooked for the superior deluxe) though I didn’t asked them for upgrade ( no additional cost )..That’s what is called professionalism , commitment, helping hands..
Bathroom, foyer, bed , etc was very neat and clean
Room service is very prompt
House keeping is good ..
Had food at Chinchin ..
Mr Rajaram took good care of us .. food was tasty and mouth watering ( specifically fried rice -Indianised, Prawns, not to forget the coconut fried ice cream )
A special thanks to the chef ..Thanks for all the good food provided to us
Check out procedures got over in five m n .. staff were very courteous, helpful
Could do Little shopping with their inputs ..
Location ( ++++ point ) , hospitalit is very good economical etc
Made me feel that i am at home.. ...

This hotel is ideal for business travellers , room is too small and compact those who travel with kids , if prefer a location accessible to t nagar shopping this is best , the cuisine is so tasty especially South Indian food

Best place to stay in Chennai , value for money , I strongly recommend this hotel for pleasure and business visit .
I also, would like to appreciate entire staff for the warm hospitality, especially Mr Rajaram for his outstanding support through out of Smile USA TMD /TMJ Programme for 3 days . I feel employe like Mr Rajaram is an asset to the company.
