This is actually my second visit to the hotel. The service is good the staff most cordial. Special Thanks to the lifeguard and staff at the pool.
The room service is quick
Even on a crowded day the food and service was prompt.
Lobby area is spacious
The best pool with hot water jacuzzi!!
Great place for family !!
Although the property is old the staff and the facility make up for it

This hotel is not where you should look to stay if you are planning on sightseeing in Mumbai. You will find yourself 1.5 hour drive from EVERYTHING of interest. The wait for a cab on average was 25 minutes. The rooms are decent sized but in need of updating and had a weird damp smell and feel. The staff is friendly though clueless as every time you ask questions one they would have to telephone someone for an answer.

Had a awsome stay and its a very good property to relax enjoy with family and friends..
And special thankz to ROSHAN n silvester from the cafe very helfull in lunch and breakfast and also vishal from front desk and satveer very well assisted... During check in..

The rooms were clean, with a spa. Outside swimming pools very pleasant,the food was excellent in the restaurant, beautiful surroundings. The staff were excellent and very helpful. I would definitely recommend it, and will be happy to to go back.

Was here for a break from mumbai wid my daughter today it was recommended by a friend and realized took a really wrong call. The hotel standards are said to be 3 star but the services are not to the mark. The rooms are old standards... dont hv room slipers they charge for those... no bath robes... the bed comforter is as old as the hotel i guess! ! so flat like a bed sheet... the room bar was empty had nothing in it... and the iceing to the cake is that the there was some work happening in the other room for which ruined my afternoon.
I was here coz of a friends recomendation for membership im a member of renaisance powai honestly would not come back here again.
