as stated earlier the staff was superb, but our room was just ok it was very big but the décor was very average. I was not half as nice as smaller less expensive rooms that we have stayed in. The hall noises seemed excessive.

Always excellent hotel. Great location as lots of restaurants. Great marquritas and guacamole at 6 pm in lobby. Staff always helpful. Great room with lots of room. Food for breakfast was consistent and good.

We searched for a great hotel for its suite availability,spa and level of service. Our room was as described for a suite but the furnishings were blah and lacked character. The hotel is 10 years old and hasn’t been updated other than adding a charging plug to one side of the bed. The shower had to be the worst - it’s built for someone who is over 6’ tall and you can’t adjust the head so you stand in there crooked so you’re not being poured on by the water. Housekeeping was terrible - barely cleaned and supplies not replenished. For what we paid and this being a Ritz it’s surprising. Lastly no one was friendly from the curb to inside / like no one mattered. This is the second Ritz We’ve stayed recently that was highly disappointing.

Always enjoy our time at Ritz Carlton Dallas! Nice relaxing place with exceptionally friendly staff. They quickly learn your name and work hard to make your stay a very personal experience. I have stayed in many Ritz properties, but the people that work at the one in Dallas really make it special.

Great hotel. Extremely courteous staff. Gorgeous hotel and amazing service. Housekeeping services exceptional. Amazing hotel restaurant / bar. Awesome lobby guacamole and margarita sampling at night. Wonderful food and cocktails. Will stay here again.
