Good stay, good value.Rooms could be slightly more cleaner. Pet friendliness is great. Spa, gym, restaurants are good.restaurants are a little pricey but have great dining options.Will definitely visit again

The location really cannot be beat. Right on the edge of the French quarters and Bourbon street. This Ritz still has the classic/elegant ritz vibe compared to other renovated, contemporary Ritz hotels. Our basic room was spacious enough, had a great city view (although N.O. is kinda of depressing, but anyways) the bathroom was quite older than the rest of the room. We had some major problems with house keeping but 5 stars to the house keeping manager to made up for it very well and very quickly. Great gym with yoga studio, cardio room, weight room and pool area thats good enough to hang out in despite being told that it was a resistance pool only. Excellent Ritz Carlton service. I would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel. Incredible staff. Well located in the city of New Orleans. This is a very large hotel and elevators are somewhat disjointed from each other, I.e. Not all elevators that go to the 7th floor actually reach your room on the 7th floor. Unusual layout. The Hotel does NOT have a pool. New Orleans is hot, hot, hot in the summer time so be aware of this. Service and facility are top notch.

The Ritz Carlton is welcoming and a wonderful place to stay. We decided to upgrade to the Club level, and it was the best decision we ever made. From the beautiful room, the amenities, and the totally delightful staff, it was an experience that we'd like to repeat!

Everything from arrival to departure was wonderful. Polite, helpful staff who anticipated our every need. Great views, lovely rooms, and good location. Could not have had a better experience in all areas. Can't wait to go back soon!
