It was our 15th wedding anniversary this weekend and we chose to spend it at the Ritz Carlton Philadelphia. It started dubiously with an uncharacteristically rude check in experience (the women was new) and if you are a light sleeper, I would definitely avoid the executive suites where we stayed the 1st night as the extremely loud elevators will have you sleep deprived! But then I met @MaryKateFoley, the front officer manager .. she promised to show how great they can be. She changed our room, got us an anniversary present, got a personalize cake for my daughter’s gymnastics meet, and many other attention to detail experiences that made it just the most amazing anniversary and family experience of our lives!
Beyond the exceptional and personal experience from Mary Kate and the management team, from top to bottom, the staff was amazing, the service was top notch, and the setting is stunningly beautiful! This past year, I spent over 100 nights in hotels, something I have done 3-4 other calendar years in my life, visited over 20 countries across 4 continents and stayed in many luxury hotels and resorts. This is my new #FavoriteHotelInTheWorld and I could not recommend them more! I will never stay at a different hotel when visiting #Philadelphia!

My wife and I chose a getaway for our 30th anniversary. We chose to stay at the Ritz and enjoy the city of Philadelphia. We could not have had a better experience at the Ritz. We almost did not want to leave the hotel because we were have so much fun eating, drinking and being entertained. I would highly recommend staying at the Ritz when in Philadelphia. It is centrally located and you will fine so much to do.

Stayed for one night at the Ritz Carlton Philadelphia right before the Labor Day weekend. We arrived well before check-in and they were kind enough to allow us to check in to a room that was already available. Our first rm was a very nice but had a small qn bed but after speaking with the front desk, they moved us to a larger king bed rm with a beautiful view of city hall. Bryon at the front desk was also wonderful at suggesting local attractions/restaurants and even surprised us with a handwritten note accompanying a bag of goodies when we returned from dinner that night. Would love to travel to Philly again just to stay a few more nights at this beautiful hotel!

We recently stayed here while at a business event. It was also my husband’s birthday. From start to finish, the professionals at the Ritz
Carlton made our stay memorable.
They helped get everything for his birthday surprise up to our room, and provided a dessert tray as part of the evening event.
Our room was fresh, clean and very comfortable. We loved the spacious and updated bathroom.
Although we were only here one night- it was wonderful - we will be back!

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Since we were new to Philadelphia, we found it difficult driving into the valet area, because of traffic and 3 lanes for left hand turns. If you are in that situation, make sure your car is in the left lane that is the furthest right lane.
