Hotel was recently remodeled and lobby and rooms are in great condition. Service was excellent. Located adjacent to shopping center, making it convenient in bad weather. Also near shopping on Michigan Ave.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our trip. The bus stops were close and the hotel was centrally located several attractions. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay at the Ritz-Chicago. It was all we needed and more. We took advantage of the conenience of the hotel, the swimming pool, fitness center and the lounge. Only there for one night and it was the best get away!

I would highly recommend the Ritz. The entire staff was very helpful and courteous. I live in the Chicago area and when my wife and I want to get away for the weekend we always pick the Ritz over many other hotels.

This was our first trip to Chicago. Staying at the Ritz certainly made it a good one. The hotel is well located and within walking distance to great restaurants and various activities. The concierge was excellent and helped us get reservations at peak times at some very popular restaurants. Getting a swim in the lap pool was an absolute bonus.
