Friendly, approachable staff, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms extremely clean and comfortable. Pool and spa superb. Outside of the hustle and bustle of Miami, perfect for relaxing. Near to many good restaurants in Coconut Grove. Would need to drive to beach, but near to Marina. We would definitely return, left feeling relaxed and well pampered. Breakfast a little expensive for what it was, but tasty.

A pleasantly-sized property in a nice, quiet setting, the hotel and it’s staff offer an exceptional experience at a great value. The front desk accommodated without hesitation a special request which made our stay much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property.

This place will meet all of your expectations and beyond. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was extremely good. I would recommend this hotel to any who visits the Coconut Grove area in Miami Florida.

It was an amazing experience at the spa of the Ritz Carlton in coconut.
Martha took care of me and the moment was delightful.
Thé manucure and thé pedicure were perfectly made with pro.

Beautiful public spaces, comfortable rooms and beds, staff that is friendly, accommodating and efficient, comfortable meeting rooms, luxurious marble bathrooms and amenities, great food and food staff service, very much appreciated the espresso machine in the room.
