The staff is receptive, service is superb, room is ROYAL.... No doubts abt that... Very well maintained property... Complete value for money... Dinner was superb... Breakfast is so so... But over all experience was good
BUT....
During checkout they gave me bills with service charge of 10%(bills in pics and unlawful).
When resisted, they said then 18%GST will be charged, which I insisted and paid gst. But then he did not generated the GST bills and gave me the old bills.
This is an example of eating out of public money and not paying to the Govt... Shame on such staff....
The property is good but the staff attitude towards money is a concern
Also as far as I remember... The dinner Thai of Rs. 325/-was a net amount inclusive of taxes... But they charged GST on that too

3 night comfort stay at the hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. They try to help in every way. Room was ok. Breakfast was limited but not bad. Hotel is little far from central Delhi. Overall stay was good.

Was a good low price hotel. Welcoming. Got a good rate inside hotel for USD change. Every time they arranged quickly as needed. There were some smoking smell in corridor sometimes. The complementary breakfast was good though not rich.

It was nice experience to stay in Treebo Royce. Staff are very co-operative and very humble. Room are very clean and Food was good. I surely recommend friends and family to stay in hotel whenever they in Delhi.

The staff were very welcoming and very helpful (also after I left very quick to respond to a query I had, thank you). Breakfast lovely, as was the room My friend and I are happy to recommend as a safe and welcoming place to stay.
