I've been putting visitors at this hotel since moving to Netanya a little over a year ago. We live nearby and I chose it for its proximity to me and my husband and for its gorgeous sea view. I was able to overlook - until now - its shabby tired quality. On this occasion our guests were a young couple and a couple with two small children, the latter traveling from the US. The reservation was for a hefty 10 nights. Each family received an "upgrade" to a junior suite. Admittedly the large accommodations are nice. But the condition of the rooms shocked us. Especially with small curious children staying there. The locks on the windows and glass doors were broken. I had to request a special (flimsy) plastic cover to ensure no one fell through or climbed over the weathered wooden balcony railing. My husband and I rearranged furniture and devised broom handle barriers to prevent opening windows on the 11th floor.
There was a misunderstanding upon our arrival regarding a meal voucher and, instead of handling the moment with public relations graciousness to a repeat paying client, the front desk manager raised her voice and became very argumentative. When I told her I'd be writing this up on Trip Advisor she said she didn't care I could write what I want. So here I am.
On the other hand I've had a lovely business relationship with the sales department over these past months.
On this occasion I've gone to the inconvenience to move the two families to another hotel for the remaining 6 nights of their stay.

Wonderful Mediterranean view from room balcony. Beachwalk nearby. Good service, good food. Clean. Comfortable beds. Bring your own washcloths and watch how the hand shower is aimed when you turn it on :-)

What a great place to stay. The bedroom was a decent size. Beautiful view from the balcony that was off from the sitting room. The food was excellent and the staff was decent. Nice outside pool. And if you preferred the beach. It was just a very short walk.

A very Cousy hotel overlooking the ocean , very good service and very clean, and the most important, best location!! I loved it!!!! The food was fantastic , every thing was just perfect and made our stay in Israel unforgetble

I stayed at this hotel on the first night of our trip to the Holy Land. The room is large with two beds. There was a sofa, chairs and a table. There was also a good sized balcony with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. There is a walkway and steps down to the sea. The dinning room was tight with the tables and chairs close together. The breakfast buffet had many options available.
