Stayed here for one night. Rooms were dated but clean and comfortable for four adults. Walking distance from all parts of launceston. On site parking available for $8 per night. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Room was spacious, location good, staff friendly HOWEVER having booked nearly 11 months in advance we were very disappointed and frustrated on arrival that the restaurant was closed for refurbishment. It would not have been rocket science for the hotel management / ACCOR group to have flagged that in advance of our arrival. Thankfully the alternatives for food around the town were plentiful and good quality.

The front desk staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Our room was a nice size studio but was tired. The furniture was faded, the carpet was dirty, and the paint was falling off the ceiling in the shower. The hot water was almost warm enough. Our remote for the TV was so dirty we used our own antibacterial wipes to clean it before uses.

Hotel is tired and parts of it are under reconstruction. They don't bother telling you about the reconstruction and continue to take bookings and worse put some of my colleagues in rooms directly above the construction with noise starting at 7am.
The in house wifi is a joke and doesnt connect.
Several attempts with the front desk to rectify proved fruitless..
If you are travelling on business you should find another hotel.
Launceston had one of Australia's only gigabit networks available so this is inexcusable.
They also make you pay for parking under their own hotel. Money grab.!

Hotel is well managed at edge of Launceston city but couple of minutes drive to city Centre. Clean and well managed. Water pressure a little low in bathrooms and parking can be quite limited during weekends.
