Lovely b&b , fabulous welcome . our room was very nice and clean . Breakfast was second to none , everything you could want to set you up for a great day sightseeing .Kim and Arthur work well together lovely couple , loved listening to Arthur's storytelling of his childhood at breakfast . Would recommend to anyone and we will be back for sure ,thanks for a great stay :-)

My husband and I had a two night stay here. What a fantastic place. We had booked to see madness and this bed and breakfast was within walking distance of the venue. Kim and Arthur were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Always asking if everything was ok. The full English breakfast has to be one of the best I've ever had. The two girls who helped with the breakfasts were friendly and efficient at their job. I can say without a doubt we will definitely return

We stayed here for two nights. Everyone was very friendly and helpful on arrival. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast really sets you up for a day of sight seeing. All freshly cooked. Nothing is too much trouble for Kim and Arthur. They really do like everyone to have the best time possible. Will definitely return.

Fabulous breakfast with lots of choice of high quality ingredients. No cheap bacon here. Freshly cooked for each guest on hot plates which is the way it should be.
Spotlessly clean room. Simply but nicely decorated. Kim and Arthur are cheerful each morning and make a good double act.
If parking is important to you then discuss it when booking.

What a wonderful couple Kim and Arthur were. Even after waking them up in the early hours to book, ha ha. We enjoyed our stay so much. What a welcome, they were like old friends. The room was lovely and clean and the breakfasts were yummy, with a few jokes from Arthur thrown in. Would recommend to anyone for a cosy restful stay at their wonderful home. Parked on the forecourt, which is down to availability, so saved us worrying about the car. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance, after breakfast, which I must say kept us going till tea time, as there was such a lot to choose from, we would stroll along the seafront enjoying the views. When we returned during the day it was nice to chill in our room at the back, which was nice and peaceful. Will be back again soon as our daughter lives in scalby, and would not even consider staying anywhere else. Thank you Kim and Arthur once again for your lovely hospitality Julie and Billy Sunderland xxx
