Rooms are good..But services are bad. Hotel is situated near railway station which is too crowded.Rooms are good. Value for money.But services are too bad.The hotel is 3 star hotel but the room service is not good.

located just across the railway station this hotel is totally unimpressive from the inside
the rooms are not maintained anymore,the room service is average but the food is good
the buffet breakfast is a great disappointment..they have limited choices to offer and that too in short supply

First of all the rooms shown in the pictures are no where near to the real thing they offer. I booked a deluxe room but the wanted me to stay in the economy room and when I confronted them, they told me that they both are one and the same. I had to wait atleast 30 to 45 mins before they provided me with different room.

Opposite the railway station,this hotel is centrally located. Don't go by the glitzy photos. No welcome drink as promised (was informed by the front office that one bottle of mineral water was the welcome drink) and a room without windows. I discover that there is no refrigerator and that the door dies not look secure. Front office plays around until I firmly tell them to stop fooling around. Some other rooms shown and every one of them has a dodgy lock on the door. Finally trust myself to God and the hotel and select a room with the dodgy lock. Couple of guys bring about a refrigerator which does not switch on. Electrician comes and rectifies issues with socket and the refrigerator works. Decent sized room with clean beds and an okay washroom. Excellent breakfast... the chef is really good or it was my lucky day.

I have been stayed for 2 Nights, staff are good, specially room service I ordered for dinner and the portion of the dish they sent me which was huge I think 3 people can eat,
At least not to waste customers must be informed about the portion of dish. Even I asked no body explained me.
The bathroom shower pluck was broken they must fix before giving the customer.
Rest I didn't stay maximum time as I had conference, but expecting to be better.
