This is an apartment hotel with raw breakfast, in other words they deliver a basket with a few things and you must cook it. This hotel has 2 or even 3 tiers of rooms to choose from. Situated on the South Side of Goa, it is really quiet, not like the hussle and bussle of Norht Goa with bars and parties all night long. we booked online and got quite a surprise when we were dropped off at 1 o clock in the morning. The streets were deserted with only darkness and a forest surrounding you, it was quite a scary ride. The first unit we landed up in, we wanted out of sooner than later. It was a dump. All the furniture were brown, and the lounge has an upright wooden bench that you have to watch TV on. We were moved to a premier suite. We had the staff running up and down to supply us with the necessary items to make our week a little easier. They dont have plugs for the basin or the kitchen Sink. No hot water in the kitchen. The staff is not really sure at times what you ask from them. Overall we had a good stay after we got them to bring everything we needed. Will go back there if they clean up their act. The hotel is apparently only 6 years old, but looks like about 20 years. Linen were really in a shambles. It felt like I could take it and wash it for them. Looks like no one knows how to wash or Iron linen. Cocroaches all over.

I enjoyed the first experience of mine to stay at a service apartment. Rooms are good and also clean. If the plan is to roam around places then this place is very economical and convenient to stay. You can get contacts for rented car and bike from reception. There are supermarkets in a km distance so anything needed also can be purchased. They don't have their own kitchen but have the facility to order from the nearby restaurant. Only suggestion is to improve common areas like the pool and play areas.

Treehouse Blue, located at Majorda, is far away from the hustle and bustle and crowds, which one usually associates with Goa. If one is going for a relaxed holiday, or recoup from an illness, maybe these serviced apartments would suit you well. Not suitable at all, if one does not have their own vehicle, or not hired one prior to reaching Treehouse Blue. There is only one place close by, where one can hire a bike.
The Reception Staff, do not give you the other required information needed, to move around the surrounding areas. And if one has come on work, your stay here will be non productive, as leave alone free 24 hour WiFi, there was low network coverage. No complaints to the Reception Staff regarding this issue worked at all.
Check in was done by Swiny Pereira, after the room was ready, which was fine. Coming to the room, the one BHK we were accommodated in, facing the pool, was very nice. There was a microwave, hot plate, toaster, required utensils to cook and heat food and cutlery too.The two girls who cleaned​ the apartment, Suchorina and Hazel, did so in a fitting manner. The raw Breakfast provided, was actually a kids kind of Breakfast, that we had on the first day, and after complaining we were offered a slight change the next morning. Most of the good TV channels were not subscribed to!
Thanks to Mr Fernandes, we were offered a complimentary drop to our next hotel, which was close by, at Utorda, but the taxi driver, kept on calling us the next day, and as our phone was dead, saw the calls much later. Treehouse Blue, serviced apartments, I came to this place, after staying at Treehouse Neptune at Panjim, and having an awesome stay there. Guess, your Service has to be improved and the necessary changes made at once. Wish you all the Best!

I stayed for 2 Nights. Place is very peaceful neat & clean. Restaurant facility is NOT available but you can cook your food with all the available kitchen amenities. Superb experience. Thank You & kudoos to you all.

Located in Majorda, these serviced apartments are a great value for money deal with decent studios and 1BR types. We stayed in the 1BR and had a swell time. The room offered a fully functional kitchen - we did cook some fresh prawns that we bought from a local lady. We had a great time using their clean pool and table tennis as well.
There are several restaurants that deliver to the hotel as well as other facilities such as taxi, self-drive rentals, bike rentals, etc. who will come to the hotel to deliver the vehicles. Majorda is a quaint small town. The Majorda-Utorda beaches are about a 5 min drive.
The Colva beach would be about a 20-25 min drive. Airport is about 18 kms or 30 mins away. Definitely a thumbs up when it comes to recommending this place.
