nice hotel close to city centre comfortable clean rooms. Very nice friendly staff particularly in the restaurant, however food average need a wine list.
Roof top bar sensational worth a visit. very helpful reception staff.

Hotel is situated in a quiet location very near to the Metro and main bus stops.
The rooms are comfortable, clean and provided with toiletries.
The breakfast is excellent ,a good selection and fresh.
The restaurant in the evening was very good and the meal excellent. The price was very comparable with restaurants in the city.

Good location, great rooms, fantastic service...staff at the front desk could not do enough to help make our trip work...booking excellent restaurants at short notice, providing advice on sights, sight seeing and how to get around cost effectively.
Very stylish boutique-like hotel.

Lovely Hotel, very clean, friendly helpful staff, we stayed in a superior room which had two lovely French style Windows with a small balcony. Breakfast was good, didn't take advantage of the sparking wine on offer with this meal, but its a nice touch. Only bug bear was you couldn't use the pool without a swimming cap, which was disappointing, so didn't benefit from this facility, roof top bar had great views, just a shame it wasn't open before 5pm, would have been nice to have a coffee in a morning or breakfast there. Hotel is on the top of a few steep hills, on returning its definitely worth getting off the metro at Rato, and taking an immediate left onto Rua do Salitre Road, just a couple of minutes walk up a slow incline and hotel is at the top opposite Kob (restaurant). Would definitely stay here again. Taxi driver ripped us off from the airport charging 38 euro when it should cost around 15, make sure the metre is on when you get in or ask the price before leaving the airport, was quite an annoying start to our stay in Lisbon.

When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the staff and helped with our luggage. Check in was very quick and although it said on the website our rooms would not be ready until 2pm, we arrived at 11am and was allocated our room straight away. Unfortunately there are no facilities to make a drink in your room, I.e, no tea bags, no kettle, just a coffee machine and 4 coffee pods to make an espresso coffee which we do not drink. If however you do drink espresso you would only be entitled to 1 drink but afterwards you would be charged for each pod. There is plenty in the mini bar , I.e Coca Cola, water , beer etc but all at a cost, even the water for a drink by your bed. Even if you take a travel kettle, make sure you take cups, as the cups in the room are espresso size. The sauna was good but the pool is disappointing it's well used, Turkish bath is broken so not in use. There are only 2 jets in the pool for use as jacuzzi. The massage I had was wonderful and fully recommended.
