We loved this hotel
Beautiful clean and neat
The service was great
Booked a reasonable driver through the hotel for a day...it was good
They allowed us to leave our bags there for a few days while we toured elsewhere which was good
Breakfast included was great
Last day had a vegetarian fruit tart...to die for
It is a little out of the way but easy to access most places by rickshaw or taxi...be warned about Delhi traffic though...and Delhi pollution
There are restaurants within walking distance if you wish to eat outside of the hotel restaurant
I would definitely recommend and return

Location is great, and the food was pretty good as well. Hauz Khas metro station is just a couple of minutes walking distance.
The staff were courteous and very accommodating. One of the restaurant staff, S.K.Ismail gets a special mention.
The hotel does need some maintenance, though. There was a water drip from one of the aircons in the lobby and the sanitary ware had stains.
Overall a good experience, and I would definitely consider coming back.

Tried to book today their manager mr Amit and Rahul were extremely rude ...they are not at all accommodating very upset with their behaviour that we decided not to stay with them
We requested for few rooms and we are a group but they were rude and unbending on prices but what put us off was the rudeness and unprofessional attitude .

So my visit to Delhi this time was to come and attend my friends wedding. I usually book into a branded hotel, but as i was alone, i thought i'd settle for a B&B on a budget.
The location is ok, if you want to go shopping, sight seeing or eat then you will need to catch a taxi/tuck tuck. There's not really anything in walking distance.
The hotel is clean and on arrival looks great. The room i had was very roomy and had all the facilities you would expect in a 4 star hotel.
Service isnt the best. You can not buy or consume alcohol in the restaurant downstairs. You can only consume and order this via room service, which i thought was a bit silly.
Breakfast is average.
I will certainly consider staying here again as it served its purpose as a budget hotel.

I stayed at Visaya in sept 2017..its a small boutique hotel in south delhi.
Pros:
Location is great..right on main road..closeby to metro station..easy accessibility to market etc.
Room and bathroom were gud sized.
Breakfast buffet was adequate.
Cons:
Bedsheet was stained and needed to be changed
Bathroom cubicle had towel hanging rack on inside of the door(it wud get wet during bathing coz its inside the door)
Front facing rooms have traffic noise choose room in the rear.
Staff was courteous to guests but amongst themselves the interaction was rowdy and being in hospitality industry that sort of behaviour in front of guests isnt done.
Hotel cud have been priced a little cheaper..would make the stay more worthwhile.
