Fabulous hospitality from Richard & Rob and a lovely, quiet, comfortable room. Only the location and lack of off-street parking prevented a 5-star rating. The house has been beautifully restored and decorated tastefully. The breakfast was all we could have wanted with home-made everything and great service.
Our first visit to Margate and if the rest of the town was as stylish and welcoming as The Warwick, we would return like a shot

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in September in Room 1.
The hosts Richard and Rob go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay with them. We both particularly liked the breakfasts. I can highly commend the Eggs Montreal. Also, nice touch to add home baking delights for guests to try.
The room was a good size, clean and tidied daily. The views from the room were uninspiring.
Parking is on the main road. The B&B is a bit of a walk away from Margate seafront but is serviced by regular buses on the 'loop' (you can jump on and jump off at Broadstairs, Ramsgate & Margate).
Overall, I can see why guests like this place.

Another cracking weekend staying at the Warwick guest house. Family get together, always made to feel welcome. Nice rooms and a great choice at breakfast. Location is ideal to, a nice 20 min walk into Margate which you can break up if you call in at a couple of bars which you pass on route.

Just returned from a one night stay at the Warwick Guesthouse. We were in the loft room 4 - a lovely new light and bright room with Velux Windows and an ensuite with a hologram mirror! We received a warm and friendly welcome from Rob - the smell of Richard's cooking was wafting up the stairs - it all felt very homely and comfortable. The guesthouse is in a quiet road in Cliftonville, about a 15-20 minute walk from Margate's main beach front, and there is free on street parking available. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely delicious - a little sample of Rob's chocolate cake followed by an extensive menu including their home made bread, potato cakes and preserves. Eggs any way including baked with cheese! Really set us up for the day!

From being welcomed by Rob and shown to our room, to the following morning when we enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast prepared and served by Richard, our one night stay was absolutely brilliant. Our bedroom was small but beautifully clean with all amenities we expected. This guest house is very comfortable and decorated to a high standard.
