Here for a conference, and the support that the meeting staff provided to our group was flawless - prompt and unobtrusive. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Well-appointed fitness center. I thought that the front desk staff were awesome. No complaints about wait times. Whenever there was a line, the staff opened another register.

I had a business event at Buckhead so I stayed for 3 nights at the Westin Buckhead. As a gold member they kindly upgrade to the club floor where I could enjoy complimentary breakfast and evening snacks. The rooms are nice and well sized and the mattress is also good even though the hotel could do with some renovations. It’s just beside Lennox mall and Phipps and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Very convenient location if one has some spare time. I felt well treated and will probably go back

This was a very clean and peaceful place to stay. The staff was very professional. The only issue was when we called for a bellhop no one ever showed up. The front desk staff was always very professional. The exercise area was very well kept and a good variety of equipment was available.

The hotel is very nice and is located next to a large mall and many restaurants. The hotel has a parking garage for a fee. The room was average for this type of hotel. The room had two queen sized beds, a fridge and coffee maker. There is a charge for internet. The indoor pool was nice and my kids enjoyed using it. The gym was nice with multiple treadmills and a nice touch was that the hotel provides running maps of the local area. The food was good and room service was reasonable.

A friend and I stayed here as they were hosting a Whiskeys of the World event. We had 5 pm VIP tickets and arrived at 4 to check in and get cleaned up. The valet parking was efficient, but it was downhill from there. We stood in line for more than 40 minutes, only to be told no rooms with two beds were available yet. To be clear, we did have reservations. I'd be inclined to be understanding, but they handled it horribly. They should have gone through the line and let people know that the room was unavailable. Then at least we could have gone and gotten dressed in the gym locker room. Why on Earth would you make someone wait in line an hour to tell them their room was unavailable. And to add insult, we never got the promised call when it was available.
