I travel a great deal and have found that Westin in Chennai to be most accommodating and a wonderful place to stay! Vidhya makes delightful towel animals and Gopi takes wonderful care of the room! I will be back!!

I fell sick prior to arriving at the hotel and while recovering, the hotel staff were observant and attentive to my needs - even offering medical assistance if I wished. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed having a bathtub.
We had to leave early to catch a flight and they were able to provide some takeaway breakfast.

This is a great place to stay as its not far from the airport and is also within walking distance of a new shopping centre which has quite a few international brands.
All the hotel staff make you feel welcome from the moment you check-in and during my last stay, Vidhya and Arul from the housekeeping team had a novel competition where they made models of some animals from the normal room towels and displayed these in the room, very skilful!
The Club lounge on the 9th floor provides nice city views and the team there (Jansi, Suren, Yogesh and Mohit) are always very helpful.

Excellent hotel with appropriate facilities and services throughout the stay. Round the clock support. Good quality and variety of food.
Must stay place and recommended for both personal or official travel.

This is a very good hotel in the area. I stayed here on a business trip and must say, it was a good relaxing one.
The Hotel staff at the seasonal tastes restaurant and the Five sense chinese restaurant is very friendly.
The buffet spread is very elaborate.
The rooms are very comfortable and so are the house keeping staff.
I would definitely stay here everytime I am in Chennai on work.
