I would definitely stay here again! I enjoyed my stay the staff was very friendly and the facility itself was impeccable! The swimming pool area was gorgeous. There were plenty of options for food and dining.

The hotel is nice, the rooms spacious and clean however both mornings the cleaning staff entered the room at 9:30 am waking us up one day and the other while I was wrapped in a towel getting dressed. Then, they never came back to make the bed so they never actually cleaned the room!! I've never experienced such a stupid way of managing the cleaning in any hotel of any level. It was an outrageous reduction of service levels for the high price.

So I had a 7day training and I stayed in this hotel. 1. Valet is $30 per day, very nice crew. 2. Check in is on 2nd floor, only found it because I read it in the reviews. 3. I was given a guest 4th floor room. All the way at the end. It was a longgggg walk after a long day of training, not happy about that. 5. Room is nice sized, 2 beds and a couch sitting area with a desk. Very large tv and super nice view of the city. My room was pretty clean. 6. Lots of places to eat and all minds of food, most were very reasonable when on a budget. 7. Hotel is cold as a freezer. 8. Traffic is horrible, use an uber/lyft if you don't want to get caught up in all the construction and detours....its sooo crazy. I used uber most of the time. 9. Didn't visit the pool or gym 😣. 10. Check out was easy the $30 valet per day is charged at check out.
NICE area to stay if you like the busy feel and like to walk. They have a theatre down the street, I didn't go since the movies they had were no my type but definitely lots to do in coral gables and surrounding areas.

Stayed here this week for a business meeting.
Room was very stylishly decorated and overall cleanliness was good and reception stay were friendly.
However there was no heated mirror in the bathroom which most hotels of this standard tend to have.
But on the second day there were a couple of items missed when the staff cleaned the room. There was no coffee cup replaced and sugar was missing which was a bit disappointing when you want coffee in the morning.
However even with the Air Con off there was the sound of a fan or motor noticeable in the room and I did find it difficult to sleep.
Perhaps it was just my room but it effect my overall enjoyment.

I recently was there for a business event, but one thing that really stuck out was the staff there, very helpful and informative. Housekeeping was always quick with a good morning and a smile. But really the stand out was a valet name Alex. I opted to park my car myself in the garage, but on the day I was set to leave, realized my GPS had drained my battery. Alex helped me get it jumped and even parked his car next to me in case it happened again. Luckily once I let it run for a little bit my car was good. He knew I didn't valet and even refused a tip saying it was common courtesy. Its little things like that that really impressed me and make me look forward to going there again. I know I said it a hundred times, but thanks again Alex, you were a lifesaver.
