Upon our arrival, Diane checked my mom and me in. We were upgraded to a deluxe suite, which was a great advantage! We'd never stayed at The Westin before. The view of the city was a great touch. The bar area is very busy, there was a wedding being held there if I'm not mistaking. Tony was the bartender that took great care of me! First time traveling to Dallas. I'll definitely be staying at The Westin again!

The location of this hotel is pretty much exactly between both major Dallas Airports. We had a business meeting in this hotel and everything was first class. The valet was on it when I arrived. I arrived earlier than planned, and the check in counter personnel found an open room for me to check in early. The business dinner was on the 20th floor and the staff was attentive. The room was super clean and the bath and linens were fresh. I received a text to ensure everything was satisfactory about 10 minutes after check in and again after I checked out. I am a Starwood preferred member and the treatment was first class the entire stay.

My family and I visited The Westin Dallas Park Central in September 2017 for Dani Johnson's Hot Marriage Secrets Conference. Once again the service was excellent.
Anthony, Diane, Jini, Kevin and Barbara ensured that we had a great time and that all of our needs were addressed. We love staying in this hotel and look forward to it when we have the opportunity.

A very clean hotel, good size rooms, price range reasonable and great service. You are not far from downtown area + the hotel is within Dallas Belt line and not from the malls Galleria or The North-park Center.

The hotel is nicely appointed and is easy to navigate. The views from my room are beautiful and the service from the staff has been top notch. My only issue is the walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors on both sides of my room and in the hallway and it wasn't because they were being too loud, the walls are not very soudproof. The meeting space here has been nice, and the facility is nice.
