I have been staying at the westin regularly for business purposes and am always impressed with the staff. During my stays they are always friendly, professional and address any concerns to the best of their abilities. In particular, Celia with the lounge has gone out of her way to continuously provide great professional service with kindness and approachability. The staff adds to the great comfort already offered by the hotel.

Conveniently located between city center and the energy corridor, has convenient self parking with quick access to the lobby. Common areas look good - about four star standard. My 14th floor room was large and well furnished, without special luxuries. It seemed very clean, although the bed was not remade very well on the second day. Bathroom more like three star - esp. the bathtub with shower was small and ordinary. Breakfast buffet at the local 024 restaurant was moderate choice but priced ok. Overall however, i found the stay a bit too pricey (even with corporate rate) compared to what I experienced based on my “Westin expectations”.

This is an excellent hotel. Rooms clean. Staff very helpful with problems. And, the hotel offers a free shuttle service which makes it handy to get around the local area, You might be visiting someone in the nearby hospital or need to get to the local business towers.

This hotel hits all of the nails on the head. Gorgeous property, lovely accommodations, friendly staff, good dining options, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, etc. I really enjoyed my stay here over the weekend and definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for lodging in Houston.

We stay at this hotel often for both business and family trips and we always get a warm welcome from Celia at the 024 bar! she is magnificent at handling a busy crowd and still making us feel at home and well cared for. We look forward to our time with her each visit!
