”The overall experience was fantastic. Excellent breakfast spread. Rooms very spacious with up to date fittings. Staffs are friendly and a great location. Would definitely recommend to all and will come back in a heart beat.

went to westin for breakfast and i must say they have best and huge buffet in town,loved the spread thanks to, chef vijay and chef raju for introducing me to amazing food.amazing service too.love to come again

Great Hospitality, Delicious food, very personalised service from the team of Rahul. It was my first experience in hotel Westin and Govind, Saddam and Chef M Raju made my experience beyond expectations. Keep up the good work and I strongly recommend my relatives and friends at Hotel Westin. Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere which made me feel at home.

I stay at Westin during my every visit to Hyderabad. This is the best hotel with amazing food and staff. If there are 6 stars, I would give them 6 stars. Impeccable Hotel. Special thanks to Rahul, Govind, Saddam, Akhil and Chef Raju for making my break fast fantastic for the three days I stayed last week.

I stayed at the Westin Mindspace in August for about 3 weeks and had a terrible experience right from the moment I checked-in. Being a gold member, at check-in I was told that I will be upgraded to an executive suite. Upon being after a couple days, I discovered that I was not really upgraded. On calling the front desk, I was yelled at by the person at the desk and told that since I am only a gold member, I should temper my expectations and that they never promised to upgrade me. After much back and forth and them checking with their concerned person, I was finally upgraded. After 2 days of being upgraded, I started receiving knocks on my door and incessant calls asking me to move to a regular room since they need to perform some construction on the floor I was moved to. Did they not know that they needed to perform construction before moving me? Neither being screamed at nor being moved twice during a 17 night stay is acceptable, for a regular or gold member. Super disappointing and this alone will prevent me from staying at Westin Mindspace in the future.
To compensate for several rounds of room changes, the manager offered me a massage coupon. I had a guest visiting me at the time and asked for the courtesy to be extended to him as well. This request was denied. I told them that I didn't want the service either. The manager then wanted to check with her manager and promised to call me back "right away". Right away is the favorite phrase of Westin's staff but they don't really mean it! After 6 follow up phone calls, I was finally allowed to take my guest along for the massage as well, which was totally hopeless. Mind you, this massage was being offered as a compliment and I ended up needing to make 6 phone calls to avail this complimentary service.
Next, we ate a meal at Kangan, a restaurant at Westin. Our food didn't arrive for 1.5 hours and the servers kept lying to us about the whereabouts of our food. When it did arrive, it was cold and bland and not at all spicy, as we had requested. Super unprofessional again. This kind of service is not reflective of a 5 star restaurant.
Lastly, the Westin staff knocks at one's door and calls our phone WAY TOO MUCH. There is no privacy and I am constantly having to answer their completely useless phone calls. The lady who took my dinner room service order called me back 3 times to confirm what kind of noodles I wanted, if I wanted a main course or appetizers portion and then to ask if I wanted dessert. Are they not trained to ask these questions when someone first places the order? I don't have time to keep answering their phone calls all day. What a terrible stay, terrible staff, terrible amenities. Needless to say, I will never stay at this Westin again and they are not able to keep up with the international standards of the Westin brand.
