this is not my first stat in this hotel, every year we are here in the month of November for vaishno devi and we stay here with our entire team( 14-17 people). nice and clean hotel , rooms are big and clean, big washroom. staff are very good. settle service hotel to helipad. honestly tell you breakfast id very bad, not to much options in veg. also spa is here but not very good type and expensive, in spa Thapa is awesome.

This property is best in Katra with all facilities and amenities of world standard. The Lobby, Reception and Main Gate are majestic and delight for eyes. The rooms are spacious with every thing that is required for comfort and leisure. The Complementary Breakfast which included food for those who were Fasting on Navratra was out of this world. The quality taste and variety of items served were beyond comparison. Overall I had great experience with my colleagues.

We were group of 19 people, visited during 3rd week of October,2017. Touched with warm traditional welcome upon arrival at hotel. Hotel is clean with good amenities and scenic view. Very good room service & co-operative staff. Good food. we had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend hotel to friends and relatives.

Well transformed time into memories, from the point I checked-In till out. The massive lobby with the eco friendly environment, the amiable and courteous staff, the delicious food and prompt services in the mid of Nature made us Jubilant. We made booking in this hotel through refrence of a friends who had already stayed here and had very high appreciations for the hotel.I think we made a right choice by going with his words. Service , food was excellent. Staff was very prompt in responding to your requirements.We had a wonderfull stay and will definately recommend the white hotel to all.
