What People are saying

Ok airport hotel but you won't get much sleep

ExplorerFromBathon 10/06/2017 19:06

We stayed for a night, arriving at 11pm and leaving at 7am. Hotel transfer service was on time and cheap. Staff were ok but disinterested. The room was average, bed was comfortable but geez the place was noisy all night long. The walls are paper thin and somebody seems to slam a door every 20 minutes through the night without fail. We could hear our neighbours all night long. Was pretty exhausted for the flight afterwards. I think it's fine if you just want a shower and to take a break for a few hours but I wouldn't plan on getting much sleep.

Most of the shops nearby were closed when we arrived on a Thursday evening. So, we didn't bother to explore the area. The lobby was quite dark and we wondered why they didn't turned on the lights. Checking in was not pleasant at all. There was no smile, no greet and the receptionist wasn't in the mood to answer questions. Got our keycard, paid our airport transfer fare and went straight to our room. The room had a moldy smell, the floor and bathroom was reasonably clean. The towels were old and worn. One of the towels that we had was torn with a hole in the middle. Hot water, AC and water pressure is working. Drinking water dispenser available at the hallway. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. Felt like lying on a sink hole. The thing we liked most about this hotel is the airport transfer service. The van is in good condition, driver is punctual and only RM5.30 one way.

A good stopover hotel

A good value hotel near the airport which has its own transport for about 10RM per person.
Rooms were pretty good and the shower was powerful.
We didn't experience anything outside the hotel due to time.
Overall good value for money for a stopover.

Good for stay a nite for transit.

Got shuttle airport which is good for the guest. The charges for shuttle was fair and the room are little bit small. Breakfast was simple and not much choice. surrounding of the hotel got many Indian cuisine shop.

Good for transit with basic necessities

Good enough for a night's rest when you have an overnight transit.
PROS :
-considering the distance to the airport and other hotels in the area, price is amongst the lowest
-easy and cheap airport transfer (make sure to arrange at least a couple of days before your arrival should you wish to use their airport pick up shuttle, the waiting area is at the coffee shop right after you come out of Arrival)
-clean room and basic necessity is available
-quiet
-elevator

Keeping in with the low price, of course we did not expect star treatment. However we do have some grievances that need to be shared.
CONS :
-almost nothing except for the fact that we are provided with towels which had holes in them. Like definitely in dire need to upgrade/replace some of their stuff.
-blue light in the corridor--personally found it annoying and just headache-inducing. Thank god we arrived at midnight and just went straight to bed. We found it a bit creepy too, so much that we did not bother to go out again for the water
-which leads to this : no bottled water provided in the room. You have to go out and get it from the communal water dispenser. I do think a couple of bottles costs almost nothing and was disappointed that they did not bother.
-staff is not particularly rude, but they're not helpful either. Rather indifferent.

We didn't get to try the breakfast buffet as we chose to sleep in before our flight at noon the next day.

If possible, try to stay at the Tune Hotel (there is one in the same area that costs just a tad higher, and they also have affordable airport transfer) rather than here if you can afford it and they have rooms available--which is what i'll do next time i have to stay overnight in KL to catch a connecting flight.

But if you don't care about holes in towels (maybe it is a one-off? But pretty sure itms not since BOTH our towels have then) and that the service is pretty much non-existent, by all means this place will definitely be more than enough for a good night's rest.
