Would not recommend this property- unfortunate service

We stayed at this location and booked through a separate party and were unfortunately switched upon arrival without warning. We paid for a much nicer accommodation and were switched to a poor room, without any compensation or understanding. The emergency number was not functional as no one called us back when needed, beds were very uncomfortable, neighbors were incredibly loud with no service personnel around to control after our numerous attempts. Crested Butte is such a stunning place and the location of the Three Seasons is incredibly ideal but the service they provided us was so poor I would not stay there again.

First, and very important to us, very convenient to bus to mountain and to town. Interesting layout for rooms--walking into the bedrooms (separately) which both then connect to the living area. Cozy would be a word for it, but very functional. Clean. Pool has been out of order, and fireplaces have been closed off for years. Otherwise, a great value for the money as long as you are not expecting luxury.
Spring Break 2015

We stayed here with our church youth group - 12 teens, 4 adults in three condos. Plenty of room for all of us. The shared spaces made it so nice for our group. Game and laundry room on the lower level, plus hang-out space on the main floor. The pool was a little cold, but the kids used it. Hot tub was nice and there was several places just to sit and enjoy the views of the mountain. Shuttle ride was minor and on nice days we could walk to the lifts. Parking was not a problem even with multiple cars. Staff was so friendly we would not hesitate to use them again. NO problems with our condos.
Perfect for families

The rooms are much larger than a hotel room, and include a full kitchen. We made breakfast in the condo and had dinner downtown each night of our stay. We think the location is great, the bus comes by every 15 minutes to get to the ski lifts-but you could walk, too- and if you want to go downtown you just need to change buses at the terminal. This is our second visit, last year we came with our church so we saw many other rooms. They are all decorated differently, but for the most part seem to be upgraded with new furnishings and appliances and were nice and clean. Note-143 seemed to be much smaller than the rest of the condos. We also had a one bedroom, but our living room and kitchen were much larger. The desk staff was friendly and helpful, especially Kate and Pauline. If we come back to Crested Butte, we would definately stay here again.
Terrible management and dirty rooms

I've stayed here with crested butte lodging the past couple seasons, and will never stay with them again.
There were dirty dishe in the sink, cigarette butts all over the back porch and when I brought that up with management they basically laughed in my face. Told me it was a personal problem. Then persisted that I make sure my room was spotless upon checkout. Very rude and disrespectful front desk staff. I tried to bring all this up with the property manager and she told me the same thing basically. Do not stay here if you want to enjoy your stay in crested butte.
