We booked this hotel last minuet. OMG what a terrible hotel, we have stayed all over the world and I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel as this. We asked for a change of room as the first was so disgusting with pee still in the toilet and sinks and tables not cleaned Coffee ring marks and general dirt everywhere. The second room was no better broken furniture. NO ICE AVILABE. NO COFFEE machines in rooms and this is supposed to be a 4* this was more like a -1* It States it is smoke free it is not and when complained they just turn a blind eye to it and admit people do smoke. Wow!!!! Please save your money and book ANYTHING else

Very disappointing...this hotel has gone downhill...room were musty, moldy, non working lamps, drains in bathroom were slow...bathroom was disgusting..run down , lamps had mold...ceiling was stained with waterstains, dust around furniture..stained bathroom counters..rundown beach chairs and on and on.....new management is Not doing there job...would not recommend this hotel....only plus was location.

The hotel restaurant/staff, the view and the area were great. The shape of the hotel and especially the rooms is disgusting. This hotel deserves a 0 for the nasty experience I had in my room and none of the staff or contacts responded. The was more than three feet of mushroom mold around the mini fridge. I notified the hotel in three different ways and I got ZERO response or concern. It was so bad that there was literally mushrooms growing from it. I took photos and sent them to staff and it still didn’t matter. I literally messaged this page with photos and have been ignored and I can see where they viewed the messages. Still no response. The nastiest hotel experience at a very expensive rate. The ownership should be ashamed. If I can report this to a BBB or health department I intent to do so. I gave them a chance to make it right before I left a review and no one responded. No choice but to leave the reviews.

Was very disappointed with our stay at Tideline. The staff were a bit lacking, confused and not very helpful, from making a wake up call at 7:45am that I did not request, dropping off towels when we didn’t need them, not cleaning the room until late in the day and giving us the wrong bill upon checkout. The beach had trash, no towels and umbrellas only in the back row leaving tons of great spots along the ocean empty unless you wanted to roast. We booked a partial ocean view with balcony and it was not worth the extra cost. We faced the neighboring apartment which forced us to keep the blinds closed for privacy. You could only see the ocean if leaning out over the balcony. The room was dark with stains on the bathroom counter and a horrible shower head. No coffee in the room. Lastly, you are forced to valet and then charged $27 a day. Parking spots are just feet away from the entrance but you are not allowed to park yourself. I would not recommend staying here.

Splurged on this hotel for a romantic weekend with my wife. On Saturday, the one afternoon we had there, we planned on spending the whole day at the pool, as the beach was windy. At around 1:30p, we had just ordered lunch and cocktails at the pool. There were many other couples at the pool and hot tub enjoying the romantic atmosphere. That atmosphere was extremely short-lived, because at 2p, four young boys (about 8 years old) came into the pool area, unaccompanied, wearing baseball clothes. They all jumped into the pool fully clothed. This would have been fine, but they were LOUD and obnoxious. For a full hour, they screamed and shouted over each other as they jumped into the pool and hot tub. 2 adults showed up later who seemed to be with them, but they did absolutely nothing to quell the ridiculous, unnecessary noise from the boys. Then more boys came in, and then more, and so I went inside the hotel to get my headphones. That's when I saw the entire Little League Team standing in front of the hotel, ready to go to the pool. NONE of those people were staying at the hotel. The adults were wearing shirts that said "Tideline Little League." This interruption ruined everyone else's time at the pool. Thanks for nothing, Tideline. NEVER AGAIN.
