We stayed 3 nights as part of a group trip and had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable. I thought the decor in the room and and bathroom was very nice. And we had a great little balcony (which it seemed most rooms did). It was a short walk to the train station and other attractions in the city. The air conditioning worked well which was a plus! It was very warm when we traveled.
One of the best things about the hotel is the restaurant. They provide a great breakfast with the usual cereals and meats and pastries. They also had eggs (scrambled, hard boiled, soft boiled) and a nice selection of fruit. It was a great place to have an apertif at the end of the day with our travel group. And they were nice enough to arrange a group dinner on our last night.
The staff was all very helpful and extremely friendly. I know it can be difficult to accommodate travel groups but everyone was incredibly helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Most things about this hotel were beyond good and just short of excellent. However, we had the misfortune of staying near the end of May and perhaps, just before they turned on the A.C. for the approaching season. Living in the desert of Las Vegas, we are aware how difficult hotels, restaurants and theaters have while making the decision to function the air conditioning...anew! In short, they had to call an engineer to figure it out and once they did, our stay was better. Our room was small but functional.
The porters and restaurant help were respectful and prompt. Our included breakfast had eggs!
Their location is convenient to the beach and although it is a resort town...if you try, you can find a quiet place to have a cup of Americano coffee and a nice Italian doughnut!

What I like about this hotel is it's sense of genuine Italian feel, it is not pretending to be anything more. The rooms are small but well presented and the bed is so comfortable. What I like is your personal balcony looking into beautiful trees and gardens and it is so quiet. The lobby and breakfast area is presented more fine dining which is nice because it is not a five star hotel so it feels like they have made the effort here and the breakfast was great, choice of everything without overdoing it. It is walking distance to the train station and main shops which is why I booked it and considering I was going to book the five star hotels, I am glad I didn't because they are too far from everything. So if you are staying a few nights like me, I recommend and whilst I am solo, if I had a partner with me it would still be perfect.

Perfectly situated - close to the shops, restaurants, railway station, waterfront and bus route. This small hotel is a perfect base to see the local area. Everywhere was clean and the staff were very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you to all of the staff to making our group stay such a pleasure.

Lovely boutique hotel , very centrally located for town. The staff were excellent ..... Enchanting ! Nothing was too much trouble, special mention should be made to Paola at reception & Andre who was always there with a helping hand and smile 😍 Would definitely recommend and would always be my first choice of hotel in SM. Keep up the good work 😍
