Stayed several nights visiting Lisbon. I understand that the hotel was recently renovated. It is very nice. Super professional staff with friendly personalities. The morning included breakfast is most complete and good. Located within easy walking distance to downtown area. Highly recommend this hotel as a choice to stay in Lisbon.

It was good, too loud our last night for the GQ party. The hotel staff was excellent and the service was great. Our spa visit was one of the best ever, we would come back just for that. Thank you to the manager for comping our last night due to noise.

Stayed only for one night. We had a easy check, and quickly went up to the roof bar, which had a great view of the city. It was in a great location , with all the designer shops on our door step. The room, was nice, clean, in which we i had a great night sleep

Nice hotel, but room lacks a comfortable chair in which to sit and read/work. Food was excellent. Hotel was clean and tidy. Because I really value the comfort of the room, the lack of comfortable seating would make me not stay there again.

We were booked into the Tivoli at the start of our Viking River Cruise. It is handy to the center of town - about a 20 minute walk or the VIVA subway station is close by. I would suggest buying the 24 hour pass in the Subway Station for 6.15 + 0.50 (for the card) = 6.65 Euros. It allows travel on the subway, streetcars including the famous # 28 yellow tram and access to the Elevadors de Gloria and the St. Justa. The area is fairly deserted in the evening as there are few restaurants and the upscale stores are closed. We did feel safe walking up and down the Avenida. The breakfast buffet is one of the best that we have been to with a large variety of good food and the staff was very attentive. One disappointment was that when we finally found the pool location (it is behind the hotel and off a courtyard) it was closed for the season. The hotel's website had not indicated that. The business center was not available; apparently they had done some renovations. Wi-Fi is available The rooms were clean and well appointed. An automatic coffee machine is available in the room. The rooftop outside/inside restaurant/ Sky Bar provides a nice view of the area.
