I spent only one night here as the end of a business trip.
The hotel is beautiful, clean and everyone is nice.
The room was great and bed super comfy.
There is a Sky Bar on top of the building and the drinks are really good too.

Overall everything was great, only slight issue was volume on TV really couldn't adjusted beyond a set level, which was hard to hear with someone with hearing issues. The proximity to major attractions is a huge plus as well. T-bone restaurant is a huge plus with great food!

A very good hotel, rooms and room service very good, good location easy to get around the city, nice service, food needs improvement. very close to a train station but noise doesn't disturb, at least at floor 10, where we staid.

I stayed at the Tivoli Oriente Hotel for two nights last week, while attending a conference.
When leaving Lisbon airport, you may wish to consider taking the Metro, as the hotel is only two stops away and within 200 metres of the hotel. Traffic around the city centre can make a journey in a taxi even longer.
The hotel is located on the junction of a traffic island in the business district and the check in is smooth enough. I was on the 6th floor looking towards the river, but obstructed by office blocks.
The room is well laid out, with a good bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was a good size, with a twin shower facility. You have to let the hotel water run for a while before it gets hot.
I found the rooms to be quite, but the air conditioning would require some getting use to, as it went too cool or too warm.
The room had a mini bar and a Nespresso coffee station. I checked the price list first and found you are charged for every coffee cartridge and tea bag you use. The cups are the very small americana style, so by inserting a tea bag, there is not room for a drink. Lucky for me I was given a corporate mug and I always carry coffee sachets and tea bags.
I found the hotel free wifi to be poor, as it kept dropping in or out and would need to have a booster installed.
I would recommend an visitors walk across the road to the Oriente Metro station and you will find a very large supermarket called 'Continente' which you can buy water, snacks and alcohol a great deal cheaper than the mini bar.
The breakfast area can be quite busy between 7 to 8, but it does have a wide range of cereal, breads, pastries. They also have a chef, who makes fresh omelettes and waffles.
I did use the bar which is located outside the hotel front door, which is sectioned off from the people passing on foot. I did find the bar prices very expensive, so be warned.
The hotel is ideally located for visitors to the business district or if you wished to get a 24 pass to cover bus, train, tram or metro around the city.

Stayed here on a business trip and brought my Mom with me. The staff was very friendly and helpful in pointing out a few great places to see and enjoy excellent food and wine. The breakfast is great: to-order omelettes, fresh fruits, yogurt, breads and pastries. The train station is next door and there is a large mall (with grocery stores) across the street. Definitely enjoyed the stay.
