i never had bad experiences like this in my whole life , first of all i had my booking with reservation number they said you don't have your booking , your booking is canceled i don't know why ?
Reception guy usman he did his job nicely he make reservation for me on same time with extra charge
Then room was not clean properly full of dusty without sleeper and bathrobe no shower gel no face towel they place bath mat for hand towel .
It was my first and last experiences in that hotel
i checked out from there with in three hours

Room and bathroom is clean. Bed is comfortable. Staffs are friendly.
Huge pay parking area (outdoor and underground) right in front of the hotel so parking space is not a problem.
Hotel is just walking distance to some fastfood restaurants.

I don't see any reason why the check in needs to take 20 minutes and the reception needs to ask each and every guest to please have a seat.
Room didn't have enough towels or pillows
Air conditioner is inconsistent woke up in the middle of the night sweating only to find out the wifi was gone too until i checked out
Room needs serious refurbishment
Staff is very inattentive
Woke up next morning at 10 am by someone knocking to ask if i had laundry!
I wanted to tell them wtf seriously?
Not my first stay in a 3 star hotel but it is going to be my last in this place

My night at this hotel was worth even though the receptionist could not allow me more time to prepare for ma departure. However I loved the ambiance, room set-up and comfort. THe lobby is good though tracing the hotel is not that easy especially being that there is another flamingo.

I use this hotel for short stops in Abu Dhabi where I will be out all day and most of the evening for business and with friends, and just need a place to sleep and some decent WiFi for emails, etc.
The decor is very dated - you could be on set for a 1980s Cold War thriller - but that gives it a strange charm.
The staff are fine, the price is very low, and the location is perfect if you know Abu Dhabi very well - not so perfect if you're looking for a taxi to the airport last minute. But if you're booking this hotel expecting 5-star stunning views, an infinity pool, and Michelin-starred cuisine, you're probably looking for the wrong hotel.
With this hotel, you get what you pay for - and there is nothing wrong with that.
