We booked 2 ac deluxe double room but they gave three bed room immediately and one deluxe room after 2 hours bcz rooms not yet cleaned , due to unavailability of rooms as we booked through agoda website. Rooms are neat and clean with antique furniture. Hot water available only from 7 am to 9pm not 24*7. Swimming pool was neat with bathroom and rest room. Pool doesn't ve hot water only cold.for food in restaurant u ve to wait for 15 min minimum. Very cozy for normal items and not tasty too. Due to unavailability of food n gud hotel u ve to eat inside only. Moreover all restaurant billing the same amount for food.

We have been there first time in Yalagiri which is about around three hours drive from Bangalore. It is unexplored hill station and less crowed though i have been in long weekend time. Yelagiri is peaceful weekend holiday destination for the ppl from Bangalore, Chennai and Pondy. Coming to main thing about our stay, the hotel is decent but not great but it is adjacent to Lake, park and adventure spots which main attraction in yelagiri. All the places are walk able. Hotel has swimming pool, little bit play area and trampoline for kids. Also hotel provides nice food and room service available in terms of price it is nominal.
Every thing good but pricey. The price what we have paid is not worth for stay and amenities however we haven't mind much as we have enjoyed and leisurely spent our couple of days stay which more important when you going for vacation though spending little extra money is not an issue.

The hotel is located in a good place. Other than that, all amenities are quite poor. The rooms are not very clean and the bathroom commode broke in our room. The food was quite bad. Manageable on a budget trip with friends but wouldn't recommend for a family.

Below are the problems in the hotel
1. Cockroaches in the room
2. No Hot water
3. Breakfast - As per the Hotel booking, Breakfast is part of the overall stay, but there was no food available even at 9:30AM
4. Not worth for the money
5. Very dirty place
6. Please don't take Dormitory room, if you go as a family
7. Dont ever use the Swimming pool, i have seen in front of my eyes, the workers are washing their hands and legs
8. No locks in the main door
9. Feel like you are not secured
10. See the photos ( Doors - Not secured, Cleaning - Worst)
11. Dirty towels and beds - All used one
Yatra should remove these hotels from their sites

Hi all,
We went as a group of 7 people (mix of both gender). The rooms were not so great but was neat and bathrooms were clean and nice. The resort has a cool pool table and a swimming pool which really gives you relaxing stay at the resort itself. The resort also have a bar in the terrace which is a bonus. There were many families staying near us. This place is recommended for a weekend getaway for all types of guest.Happy staying!
