I stayed in room 4 and it was perfect for a solo traveller. The room was clean with a well stocked beverage tray and felt like a home from home. The owners were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was amazing, the Full English in particular. I’ll definitely be heading back the next time I’m in Scarborough for the weekend.

A pure gem of a B&B with in walking distance of Peasholm Park and North shore. Hosts were lovely. Room was spotless warm & welcoming extremely comfortable with everything required for the perfect stay. Breakfast was great. So was the homemade lemon curd. Would highly recommend this place. Absolute credit to the hosts Angela and James.

What can we add that other people have said - agree 100%. Had a wonderful stay. Liked the live entertainment at breakfast our kind of music.Thank you. Will see you again. Loved the light shades in our room.

Visited with my 2 kids August for a quick one night. What a quality establishment run by quality people. Could not been made more welcome and at home by the hosts. The room on the top floor was superb - very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very very good with a very extensive choice. Easy to find easy to park and great location close to Peasholm Park. All round great value for money and highly recommended.

The hosts were very welcoming. They had put the heating on in the room which was a lovely welcome. The room was very cosy. Breakfast was fab! The room was nice and clean. I have nothing bad to say. Lovely friendly hosts.
