I stayed at this property for several weeks, escaping a messy home renovation. My room was comfortable and relatively spacious, housekeeping impeccable. (Seriously. I'm picky. This cleaning staff is the best.) Front desk and other staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. My third-floor room was comfortable and quiet. (Get an odd-numbered room in the same building as reception so there is greenery rather than a parking lot outside your window; that will also put you in the same building as the fitness center and breakfast buffet.) The breakfast buffet seemed extensive with hot and cold offerings; my tastes are fairly simple, so all I sampled was the oatmeal, and it was nicely prepared, ladled from a slow cooker, with a variety of available toppings. There is a busy commercial area a block away, so eateries and drugstore and such nearby, but the neighborhood is quiet, mostly other hotels and corporate parks, pleasant for morning running or walking. The hotel property includes a barbecue area with grill and a small pavilion (often a refuge for smokers).

Excellent prooert. Clean, comfy, reliable AC/heating system & the best tv channels for everyone. Good location. Very professional & friendly staff, Emily, Kenny, Meriam & new young gentleman, Jefferson, who went above & beyond to make me feel at home. Sara, the new GM, was very cheerful & welcoming & she acknowledges the Marriott Elite members. Mari Bell, a cleaning lady, not only speaks English but she is hospitable & warm. This property is very dear to my heart and works perfectly for my needs. I always recommend & I always return back. Thank you all fr a great job.

I had to wait for someone to arrive at the front desk to check me in. When I got to my room and removed my shoes, I realized that the carpet was wet; perhaps cleaned earlier and not dried up. When I called the front desk to see about a room change, no one answered and the call went to voicemail. I arrived late and was so tired that I just went to bed. Won't stay here again!!

We were here for 3 nights for a short vacation and to attend a wedding. The place was close to IAD. We checked in late and they were ready for us when we got there - the property is and older one but is being meticulously maintained - rooms were clean, well appointed with modern furnishings. Beds were comfy, showers were hot - everything worked and my family and I felt safe there ! It was what we needed and what I had hoped for when booking ! if you need a place for a family to stay at this is it !

If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet yet close hotel to the Washington Dulles Airport, this is your place. Excellent value with full kitchen. The Uber fare was only $20 or so - its that close. There are also a number of close restaurants.
